Avoid this place at all cost! I scheduled an appointment for a sinus infection; my symptoms were pain in my nose, eye, face and a visibly swollen nose. I was asked a series of questions, pressure was applied to my face and nose, after that I was told my nose was simply swollen from blowing it “a lot” and the pain in my face and eye was from the swollen nose…I had no infection and to go home and take Tylenol for the pain. If the pain was still there by day 7 then I could come back because it takes 7 days for bacteria to form. I explained that my face was throbbing in pain and was still told it’s not an infection. Please hire real doctors in this office that are going to help people and give the correct diagnosis because facial pain and nose swelling isn’t simply from blowing my nose a lot. SmhUpdate: I did in fact have an infection of my sinuses as I stated to the nurse, even though she told me I didn’t. My face ended up swelling and I had to be put on antibiotics. Thanks for nothing!

I had to go to the Minute Clinic for a minor concern. Amina was the nurse I saw & she was so personable, knowledgeable and extremely kind. The doctor I saw was Dr. Marina, she was also very nice and she was helpful explaining things to me. I had my appointment scheduled for 5:30, and I was taken to an exam room at 5:20, and was completely done my check up by 6. Everything was quick, and easy. I’d definitely return if I needed to.

I scheduled a COVID test on Monday morning for Wednesday Morning. After scheduling, I received around 6 texts and emails reminding me and prompting me to attend and prepare for my appointment, including a text and email a half hour before my appointment. I schedule time off work to attend. I pull my car into the waiting spot where a sign says to stay put and they will call me on the phone. 25 minutes go by, and no phone call. I go inside and wait another 15 minutes at the clinic until I finally get the chance to speak to someone to see what is going on. They inform me that there is nobody providing COVID tests that morning despite my appointment and constant reminders. No explanation, no apology, no notice, no attempt to reschedule. I don't think they understand how appointments work. I'm very surprised that they believe it's acceptable to operate in this way.

From making the appointment on line, to the actual visit, then walking over to pharmacy to pick up my sons meds. It all went smooth. Very convenient service.

That was a great visit. Needed a camp physical for my son. They were super friendly, fast and efficient. I would definitely return here. So much easier and faster than the doctors office. Even my son was thrilled which is tough to impress a fourteen year old. Thank you again for such an easy visit during these crazy times. You guys/girls were awesome.

I entered the CVS minute clinic with my son at 7:15 pm. When i asked to check in I was told that they “closed at 7:00”. When I pointed out the sign that said they close at 7:30 the receptionist said “nope”. Then she stated “how is she gonna have time to treat him?”. I thought you were supposed to stop taking patients after 7:30? Not whenever you feel like it? Completely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. I will never step foot back on the premises.

Had an appointment for a simple chicken pox vaccine for my daughter starting nursing school full time in 2 days. Waited over an hour at CVS Jenkintown after her appt time and still whomever the nurse practitioner? who was supposed to see her has not come out for an update on timing nor communicates anything as to when she can be seen.No one can assist for an update. Not the pharmacist, wellness doctor or anyone else in that store and most don't seem to care either as they are too busy, handling their own work, and are not involved/have anything to do with the Minute Clinic.TOTAL FAIL and will NEVER engage any of their services or buy a single them from them EVER. Leaving my basket of items I picked up while browsing over an hour in their waiting room. Wonder how long are the basket will sit there since it has nothing to do with the Minute Clinic.Beware this unorganized ill fitted operation on all levels who obviously has too many silos internally.Until you are prepared to present unified services and can support what brand you're trying to create or represent just don't.....reputation damage takes seconds, can spread like wildfire, and can take years to mend or may never recover.

I get really good coupons from CVS for Scott Tp & paper towels! I use them to fill my prescriptions too.

Daniel Rybalov, my nurse practitioner, was excellent at addressing my medical issue in an expedient and efficient manner. He was very personable and professional and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks CVS Minute Clinic and Daniel!
