I dropped clothes off for dry cleaning and came to pick them up at 9:07am. They are open on Saturdays at 9:00am. When I arrived no one was here. I called and no answer. This is a major inconvenience. If they do not open at 9am then they need to update their website and signage.

Asked for alterations on a brand new swimsuit. The seamstress said yes. Brought my swimsuit in the next day and she said no will not do it. No explanation, just shook her head. My swimsuit was a one piece. Needed the top stitched so too much cleavage would not show. The swimsuit cost $ 138.00. I have used this same cleaners for over a year.Service: Alterations

Dropped off 2 pairs of Ugg’s over a month ago still waiting. They strategically avoid my calls. Paid them $40 when I dropped the shoes off still have to pay the other $40whenever they call me to pick up my shoes. It should never take this long to clean boots unless they’re using qtips

I spilled a ton of beef grease on my suit and was convinced it was a goner. Love and Care Cleaners performed nothing short of a miracle... Pics below. Please use this dry cleaners.. they are amaziing!!

I brung my, not so dirty UGG boots here in May they weren't done til July. after me calling and stopping to find out when they will be ready. I went to pick them up not only were they dirtier than what I brung them but they were very stiff, hard and had stains on them. I Told her I didn't want them and they need to fix. I called 2 weeks about the boots and she told me the cleaner will contact me about them. I have not received a call yet so today I went to pick up my destroyed boots. I don't not recommend them to clean UGG boots.
