I have never felt so disrespected. I just called to inquire about trading in my vehicles to buy a bronco. The person that answered the phone in sales was extremely rude and did not answer a single one of my questions. I explained that I have two vehicles that I would like to trade I gave the amount of negative equity I have And the representative proceeded to put me on speakerphone and tell one of his coworkers that "you're gonna love this" In less than 5 minutes I learned what John Kennedy Ford CAN'T DO, was belittled and put on display to be made fun of for thinking to ask for assistance solving a problem that I didn't know the answer to. I recommend you go here if you enjoy having people waste your time and treat you like you're stupid.

A Great Big Shout out to Robert Morris & James Berrios at John Kennedy Ford in Jenkintown,Pa. Picked up my 22 Ford Maverick today after a 15 months wait. They even honored the Ford $750.00 discount from Ford for waiting so long to get it. They even gave me the FIT kit that arrived WAY before the truck was ever being built. If your out my way go see them for your next vehicle. They treated me GREAT!!!!!! Got it at MSRP as promised on my order date 6/21/21.... Great guys!!! Jay S.

Was interested in a specific vehicle. Walked in, young kids didn't ask me what I needed as I was just standing there. Great business the way they run people out

We have leased 2 cars from this dealership location, and have had nothing but positive experiences both times! We went to other dealerships in the area but ultimately ended up back at John Kennedy Ford in Jenkintown. Our salesman Jason Weick was super quick to respond and locate a new car for us in such a limited market. He was very helpful and attentive to our needs, great customer service. Highly recommend!

***Shady practice. Dealer ran a hard inquiry on my credit, took my down payment check, and THEN said they couldn't sell the car to me because there were problems with it.*** I went to see a vehicle. The salesman, Jason Weick, advised it had been through the shop and safety checked and was for sale (he said they needed to detail it but I told him I didn't mind seeing it without detailing it). When I test drove, he said there were a few small items they would fix before giving me the vehicle. He confirmed that it would have a three-month/3000 mile warranty. He then had me sign all paperwork and did a hard inquiry on my credit. I then gave him a check for the down payment. When he went to process it, he came back and said it turned out they can't sell me the vehicle because the check engine light was on and there were more problems than they thought. If this vehicle was not ready to sell then they should not have had it available and they absolutely should not have run a hard inquiry on my credit and taken my check. I find this to be very unsavory and an attempt to intimidate me to buy something else from them quickly since I already had approval with them.

Stay away from this dealership, I have a service for one thing then I have to come back with another problem with different things, that's how they keep the shop busy, no more I'm done with them,

Absolutely horrendous service, had my car towed up to have a water pump replaced and while it was there an engine diagnosis for a check engine that flashed on the high way, I called them for an update, 3 days later, and they said oh and it needs a timing chain it's a big job it'll take until next week. Que the next afternoon I get a phone call the car is done, ohh great! Wow super fast. I get the car on friday, by Saturday it's shaking and jerking violently on the highway and acting erratic to the point I don't know if I can even make it home. I call the dealer, sorry they're closed call back Monday. So Monday I call off work and bring the car up to explain the issue one can only assume has to do with the timing chain. They pull it back and say now it reads engine misfire cylinder 5 most likely needs a new plug and coil. How much? "650$" yikes no thanks I can do plugs myself. Fast forward to the parts coming in a week later I do the job, get to cylinder 6 there is oil in the cylinder and the plug is fouled by it. Not a mechanic but I know that a wet spark plug is not ideal. I call the dealer the original service advisor isn't available, they tell me to leave a voicemail and that they'll get back to me Monday. Monday comes and goes. Tuesday; around 11am I call and get the guy on the phone he says bring it in he'll squeeze me in, thanks for the favor buddy. They "squeeze" it in, mind you my main concern is the fact cylinder 6 is saturated with oil after a timing chain change. I wait 3 hours, here comes the service advisor; sorry the misfire is on cylinder 5... "did you check plug 6?" ...no the computer says the issue is 5. The oil is explained as perhaps excess from a valve cover they removed when they did the timing chain. (Which is prone to leakage as are the myriad of other seals and o rings they had to go through to get to the timing chain) Apparently it'll burn off... Have an appointment with a new mechanic to hopefully find out what these people did to my engine that it's driving so poorly, they seem ill equipped to even diagnose a light bulb change. DO NOT GO HERE unless Ofcourse you don't want your car to ever run the same way again.
