I just bought my car from Glanzman Subaru in December. My salesman, Jeff is amazing! He made it so easy and provided such great service. Such a pleasure to work with! They made the whole process easy and quick. Jeff even followed up with me after the purchase to make sure I have all the paperwork and things were going well with the car. Today i purchased the ascent, while I enjoy the new car I wanted to comment on the salesman. I worked first with Sean who was very mellow and took me on the test drive. He was not pushy and answered all of my questions even during a snow storm! When I came in the next day to purchase the vehicle I worked with John as Sean was off and it was a nice contrast. Learning all the new tech was easy from him with his energy and kind manner. It was a pleasant experience on the whole which is saying something when buying a car is usually stressful!

Today was my first visit to Glanzmann for a quick service appointment. I'm completely impressed with the professionalism and personability of the folks in the service department. The appointment was painless and my vehicle was delivered within the time estimate given at check-in.I chose Glanzmann after a piss-poor experience with a different dealership and Glanzmann will be my dealer of choice from here on out.

I have been impressed every time I’ve been at Glanzmann for service. I had Chris as my service advisor initially and Karen at my last visit. Both were friendly and helpful. The place seems like a well-oiled machine, prices are good(better than other Subaru dealers I’ve checked with), and I love the courtesy car.I have no complaints and plan to keep using them for my service needs.

My experience here started okay, but kept getting worse and worse...and worse.Was visiting family, my 3-month old car had what seemed like an excessive underside leak. Just wanted to get it checked out before traveling. I dropped it off, was told "a couple hours"...fast forward, the second day of the 1.5 day ordeal was absurdly awful every step of the way. Complete inability to communicate by phone, so I showed up, and more and more ridiculousness and delays ensued. It was like they didn't want to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car, and wanted to do needless work under warranty. They at least didn't charge me the $80 diagnostic fee. The facility is nice, people seem nice and respectful but the service dept absolutely did not have its stuff together.Jeff's response below is completely untrue. I initially sent the tech a photo of exactly where the leak was presenting itself. 24 hours later, I showed it to them again, and they said they never saw the photo. Glanzmann continues to be incompetent.

Karen was great. She was helpful, professional, accommodating and personable. We actually enjoyed our dealership visit. The courtesy rental was awesome. When my car was returned, it felt as if it drove smoother and handled better. I am happy with my Subaru and I look forward to my next seamless Subaru dealership experience. ?

I found what I thought was the pre-owned car I’ve been looking for on their website. Made an appointment to view the car the following morning. I secured the funds for purchase and drove two hours to the dealership.When I arrived they were unable to locate the vehicle. After a half hour of sitting in the showroom they finally found it and brought it outside the showroom. I was totally surprised to see the car was filthy. I was even more surprised when I opened the door. There was black grease throughout the entire interior. The seats and carpet front and rear as well as the steering wheel and gearshift. I did not take a test drive in fear of getting grease on my clothing!When I inquired as to why the car was not cleaned before being presented to a customer I was told their policy is to detail the car only after it is sold. What???Who would pay nearly 20K for a vehicle in such poor condition and was obviously neglected from its previous owner?I would think a dealership would want to present their best product. Another 2hr. ride home and I realized I had just waisted a day in my life I will never get back!

My experience at Glanzmann was incredible. Especially Donna who helped get me into my new 2023 Forester! She was incredibly patient as we figured out the issues with the car I was trading in and also went above and beyond trying to help get the monthly payment down to what I wanted it to be. She was incredibly thorough as well with explaining anything and everything that she could. The rest of the team at Glanzmann was also just as helpful and readily willing to answer any and every question I had. The best car buying experience I've ever had!

Everything at Glanzmann was perfect!From our initial greeting when we walked through the door and meeting our sales representative Kim, seeing the vehicle we were interested in, and continuing through the purchasing process.The purchasing process was quick and easy as Wayne went over every piece of paperwork and explained it clearly.The car was prepped and ready for pick up the next day and we are enjoying the vehicle every time we get in it.I would highly recommend Glanzmann to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.You won’t be disappointed.

Eric was great! I brought my car in for inspection. He got the paperwork for a loaner done quickly and stayed in touch so I knew when I could pick up mine. Super friendly too!

I always have a great experience here! Not only do they have a lot of people working there, so you never have to wait, and Kyle and the gang are really friendly and helpful. Plus the building itself is so clean you don't feel like you are in the service station! I actually splurged and the last service and got a car detail for 150 that was the most meticulous an amazing detail I've ever had and I paid over 300 for them before! The only thing that's not ideal is that they are 35 minutes away, but it's worth it!
