I dropped my car off for an oil change and tire rotation. It was done in a couple of hours! There was also a fluid check performed on my car which I greatly appreciated, along with the free car wash voucher! Great vehicle and customer service! Thanks!

I bought my Rogue here in 2016 and have had it consistently serviced at this dealer. Buying was fine but the service department is a mess. Every time I have brought it in, there has been some sort of issue and the service people always try to sell me on unnecessary products, probably because I’m a woman and they assume I understand nothing about cars. I’ve also never seen such high employee turnover, you never see the same person twice.My windshield has a 1cm X 0.75cm chip in the far left driver side, out of direct view. This was repaired by Safelite in 2017 but they could not completely eliminate all of the crack esthetically but it’s sealed and smooth and has been the same since the repair. This same windshield chip has passed inspection at Faulkner for the LAST 6 YEARS without even a mention of it, then suddenly, when I brought my car in for inspection a few days ago, I’m told my car is failing inspection for this windshield chip. Naturally I was confused and upset because this same dealership has passed it for years. They refused to talk to me and answer my legitimate questions, the inspector refused to talk to me to show me how this was “in direct view” and the manager Joe was a dismissive, smug jerk. All he kept saying over and over was “the inspector says it’s not safe” so when I asked why other inspectors have passed it for years if I’m driving an unsafe car, his only response was “have a nice day.” They treat loyal customers like garbage, and I saw three other customers upset that day too. DO NOT SERVICE HERE IF YOU WANT FAIR TREATMENT and QUALITY WORK. I took the car to another mechanic and it passed inspection with flying colors. I asked him about the windshield and he said it absolutely was out of the direct view parameters according to PA state law. Clearly, Faulkner has no idea what they are doing and are SCAMMING FEMALE customers. Zero stars.

I came to this location a little over a week ago for my inspection. I normally take my rogue to Cherry Hill Nissan for servicing which is where I got it, but obviously they can’t do PA inspections and this location had the best appointment times I could find.Two things concerned me. The first one is that when the technician came over to me he told me that I would need to have my front brakes and rotors replaced and that my exhaust hanger would need to be refitted and two heat shield clamps installed. All which would cost me over $600.To be clear, I had no problem with these things because I make sure my vehicle is well-maintained. But when I asked him if they were NEEDED to pass inspection the tech said “I would say so, yes.” Then when I said ok, I’ll have to come back next week, he said “well let me see what I can do, I’ll just tell them to pass you and we’ll schedule your appointment for next week.”What was clear was that as long as I was willing to pay, he was willing to let me believe that I couldn’t pass inspection without the extra work. What was also clear was that they are obviously told to find as many potential added repairs as they can to increase the bill. If he had simply said that I passed inspection but would need this work done in the future then this review could have been different. Instead it was very predatory and for that reason I will not be back.The second thing that concerned me was while I was on the sales floor waiting I watched a supervisor publicly and loudly reprimand an employee to the point where I felt bad for the employee. He talked to that grown man like he was a child and didn’t even care that other people were watching. How the supervisor treated his employee told me everything I needed to know about this location. Another reason I won’t be back.The salespeople however were very nice, and the reason why I’m leaving 3 stars.

Gary was very nice and helpful! He explained every detail I needed and didn’t rush through any steps of the process. He made it very easy for my first car purchase. And didn’t question any of my decisions. I will be returning with family and friends to buy a car with him. Thank again Gary!!!

Easiest car buying experience I have had. My dad and I went in knowing what I wanted to get my mom. Steve and Alyssa were awesome in making sure we were within budget and what we exactly wanted! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience buying my car, Gary was patient, explained everything and took his time with me. I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of and appreciated all the time he took with me.The guy who did the numbers and paperwork (I feel bad I can't remember his name) but he was awesome! He got me snacks and drinks and made sure to come pose for pics with the new car. They even put a bow on it!

Fantastic experience with Faulkner Nissan. My previous vehicle was totaled so I was on a bit of a crunch to get into a new car. From initial inquiry to signing and driving took less than a day. Nikeem was very professional and took time to figure out what my needs were and get me into the right car. He took the time to walk me through all of the features my car has, helped me connect my phone and overall was very thorough and he was a pleasure to do business with. I really appreciated not being beat up with pricing and negotiations and I feel like I made a great decision going with Faulkner Nissan. I have been purchasing & leasing(mostly purchasing) vehicles for over 45 years. This lease, 7/29/2023 that I completed was by far the best automobile experience I have ever experienced.The courtesy, warmth, professionalism , & caring were EXCEPTIONAL. Specifically, Alyssa Carey, Don Snyder, & Rick (sorry I don't recall his surname) demonstrated they all had my best interest in mind. They all were very informative & welcomed all of my questions. I intend to conduct all future automobile acquisitions only with Faulkner Nissan & I will highly recommend Alyssa,Don,& Rick to my family & friends.

I purchased a car for my 87 year old Mom. Maria was great and unlike most car purchases I’ve made over the years she listened to what I was interested in and made suggestions without any pressure. I bought the car as advertised and there were no surprises. Everyone else was friendly and very easy to work with. Mom was happy and safely on her way in a short time. As a business owner in the area I recommened this well trained organization. Good job! Thanks!

This was my first and last time taking my car here for a service. I called to schedule a service because I had a power steering light on and wanted it checked out. The woman on the phone scheduled me for a Saturday morning appointment. I dropped the car off and got a Lyft home, and after 4 hours with no call I reached out. They told me the car was done and they'd done a recall repair for free. At first I was pleasantly surprised until I got to the dealership and found out that the diagnosis, which I had originally brought it in for, could only be done on a weekday.When I brought it back in on Monday, they called me to tell me I need a FIVE THOUSAND dollar part replacement, which shocked me. I asked for documentation and took it to my regular mechanic for a second opinion. Nobody could explain to me how it could possibly be $5k worth of work- the part they claimed needed replacing costs at most about a thousand dollars for my model of car. They also charged 200 dollars just for diagnosing the issue.

First let me say that Paula and Riz are awesome!! Before I made my way to Faulkner Nissan I called and had the pleasure of speaking to Paula who was extremely nice and welcoming. I spoke with 2 other dealers that day and I said those 2 was no where as nice as Paula so looks like I’m going to see Paula today and boy am I so glad that I did! She got us in and out and the test drive was a pleasure! Riz got us in and out as well. Both was extremely thorough and covered everything. Both was so nice and patient and never made us feel like we were asking too many questions. Just an all around great experience!

I am usually satisfied with my services and was ùnsatisfied this time because the issue with my car was covered under the warranty and reportedly something common to Nissan but I had to rent a car in order to get back and forth to work. I don't think I should have had to pay for a rental car for something that was covered under my warranty. I definitely should be reimbursed.Thanks

Great overall experience!! My daughter and I traveled from Georgia to purchase our Honda Pilot. Our salesman Mr. Grier and the entire staff went out of the way to make the transition as smooth as possible. The entire process was only a little more than one hour. Mr. Grier was more helpful than any salesman that I have worked with before. He was honest, sincere, and true to his word with no suprises after driving off the lot. We started this trip with anxiety and the folks at Faulkner Nissan made this turn into a mini vacation. The drive back to Georgia was fun, seeing all the states we have not been to and driving our Honda Pilot (which ran great). My wife loves her car and even though we live in Georgia we would purchase a car from Faulkner Nissan again with no hesitation. Overall rating A++Neil Chaney
