“This is the best place to visit.
The building has been cleaned up and reorganized and it's very bright and refreshing to be in all parts of the building.
There is a professional and phenomenal worker. Her name begins with a "KH". She was so friendly on my shopping trip being ready to answer a few questions on my search and offering a quick conversation that just added to her customer service.
This is what I look for in stores- merchandise, customer service, attention, organization, cleanliness and temperature... No one wants to shop if it's too hot or too cold.
This store has ALL OF THE POINTS!!!
I MOST CERTAINLY will be returning to look at others sections for I was on a time constraint but I recommend 10/10.
Furthermore, there was an excellent young gentleman with braids that checked me out ( I didn't see his name tag) and he was very attentive with great customer service as well. Please give both of these people a raise, recognition and praise because I know dealing with the public is not easy, but did these two to handle this job with such grace... I love it”

“My phone screen had gone black, so my phone was still working but I just couldn't see what I was clicking on. The man working here was able to fix my phone in just 30 minutes and it was like my phone was never broken! He even replaced my phones screen protector (not sure if this was necessary for the process, but I appreciate it regardless). The cost was $200, so it might be worth looking at other places for better prices, but he still did a job well done and quick.”

While the plus size section is limited, I found some nice items. The 2 associates at the registers were so helpful in finding items. Great store and great team. I'll be back here”

Montgomery mall when I was a child had every store filled and busy and named brand.... to now few stores 2 of the 4 big dept stores attached are gone long time ago and it's dark and dreary .... very sad to see ....

Over all a good store. The security guy at the door is usually pretty chill while also being attentive to his job.”

“On 3/2/24, I went to this location of the Philly institution known as FOREMAN MILLS. I was immediately greeted by the employees, told about/given a printed update about current sales, was offered assistance & was generally very impressed. The folks there could not have been more pleasant or helpful, the store was well stocked & the wide variety of products offered something for everybody. Despite Forman Mills being known to draw lots of traffic, everything was very clean & well-organized. Basically, the staff deserves lots of credit for a job well done! Thank you. A representative at the store I spoke to stated the department store was finally getting a long overdue renovation, and I look forward to seeing the results.
For me, coming in here was pure nostalgia, being that I've been coming here since it was Wanamakers.
I totally geeked out at the whole Toys R Us section, and am glad to see it there inside Macy's.
The department store has always been a favorite for me while living in NE Philly, and seeing that the Mall itself has undergone a massive facelift, bringing in better quality stores, I look forward to checking out Macy's again, whenever I'm back in town for a visit.”
