I was nervous at first because of everything being outrageously high and this was my first time going to a private owner versus Hrblock or TurboTax. However it was less stressful doing it on my own and everything was extremely simple and to top it off each individual I talked to was extremely nice and professional. So yes, I will be going back!!!

For the past 6 or so years, Ms. Boykin has worked above and beyond the call of diligence coupled with kindness in having provided me with the best possible submission of my federal and state taxes that can be made, while lightly educating me on how to prepare with commonsense for my tax liability for next year's. She is personable, caring and dependable, having allowed me to rest easily, secure in the knowledge that my taxes were done correctly and that my refund will appear by direct deposit almost immediately. It was just as much a pleasure to work with her online, something she had already been accustomed to doing well before Covid 19 reared its hideous head these past two tax seasons. To me, her fee is almost negligible in ratio with her effort along with her courteous, effective communication and instantaneous copy of the two returns. I can't recommend DBW Tax Services highly enough. I sincerely hope Ms. Boykin is nowhere near retirement as she is indispensable for getting my household and me through the most stressful week of my year, every year.

This company is excellent! Very professional. My situation was complicated, the owner took her time to explain the process to us. My husband and I were very satisfied with the end results. Definitely returning!
