For the most part I am completely satisfied with the service at this location. There were a couple of times when I felt like I was being followed around the store which was annoying because I shop there all of the times.

This minute clinic is the worst!!! My appt 310 for a TB reading. They took 1 hour just to read the test! Never will I come back here!!

The guy helping at the self checkout register needs to get a new job. He has no idea how to interact with customers. Very rude & not helpful at all. I have never had a bad experience with anyone else working in that store but twice when interacting with him.

Customer service is terrible. You cannot even speak directly to a pharmacist. You always have to leave a voicemail for them to call you back whenever. And if they are not happy with you, they hang up on you

I love this CVS. The pharmacy is open 24/7, it is well staffed, the pharmacy pick up line is also well staffed, the store is always clean and well stocked, their coupons offer great deals, and for those items that are locked, an agent always comes very promptly when you push the help button.

They have now changed their phone system to make it impossible to wait on the phone to speak with a pharmacist. You are now required to leave a message, and they will call you back. The website is not functioning. I’m sitting in the store right now, utterly fed up and waiting for my prescription to be filled because I was not able to call ahead. ARE you kidding me.
This is an unbelievably greedy choice (i.e., to continue short-staffing in lieu of hiring more pharmacy staff to appropriately serve customers) and is extremely inconvenient. I have used CVS for my pharmaceutical needs for the majority of my adult life, but I will now look elsewhere - for a company that actually cares about its customers. Shameful.
I’ve never written such a ‘grumpy old lady’ review before. The thousands I’ve spent at this place…

I’ve been trying to transfer my rx to another pharmacy for almost a week. Prior to this I had called in and asked the pharmacist to put it back and cancel the claim w insurance as I had found better pricing elsewhere. She said okay. The other pharmacy had been trying to get it and finally I was told they couldn’t fill it because CVS filled it and never canceled it. Went without medicine for a week because of this! I called tonight and Joey said I couldn’t provide her information over the phone for a discount card I got and said I needed to come in to do so and she hung up on me.
