The store took money out of my account, but I never received my items because a receipt was never printed. Me and my friends basically felt like we got scammed because they took our money but didn't give us our items that we tried to purchase.

I had an excellent experience with this store. Meredith helped me find everything I needed that day. The counter person at Banfield and the cashier were also very helpful and personable. They had everything I needed and were so nice. Thanks!
