SCAM. I had a car accident in April and my PCP referred me to this location. I got orientated by one staff who was AWESOME. But 2 weeks later she transferred to another location in dolystown… for the remainder of my PT, I was with August and Meagan. Working with August was not bad, he addressed my issues and answered all my questions. The problem started when Meagan (who was pregnant at the time) took over my care and pretty much went “by the book”. SHES ON THE COMPUTER FOR 95% OF YOUR SESSIONS. Doubled booked at that. Towards the end, she insisted that I plateaued of PT intervention and was ready for discharge, BUT insisted I needed 2 more sessions to fill in the time before my PCP appointment. The first of the 2 sessions I worked with August who followed what was noted in my chart and intensified my session that sent me home in pain for several days, the second visit that was supposed to be my “discharge” I did not attend, which Meagan called me and I told her how I felt and she said “okay, your doctor discharged you, good luck”. I started this with SCAM because she billed my insurance for that session, sent documents to my PCP before I got to tell my PCP that I’m in more pain and I believe she snuck in a few extra sessions that I either did not know about or rescheduled.
Coming to their google reviews is interesting because they post on their wall to leave a review, but not once do they address negative reviews here, which is what I was hoping to see. I guess my attorney will have to hear their response.

I just finished 7 weeks of physical therapy at ATI Jenkintown. What a wonderful experience! Everyone there is incredibly helpful and supportive. I really felt like each and every person there cared about me and making sure I had a full recovery after a total knee replacement. Becca and August are extremely knowledgeable, attentive and caring. Thanks to them I have made great progress. It is a friendly, energetic atmosphere and if I ever need PT I won’t hesitate to go back.

My physical therapist was great however I don’t like the way the practice is run. I would continue with my therapist just not ATI. They stack the appointments stretching the therapists too thin. I expect individualized attention.

Dr Kelsey was great with my 8-yo daughter, a gymnast who had developed low back pain. At our first visit Dr Kelsey gave us a short routine of stretches and strengthening exercises that had my daughter pain free and stronger than ever in only 2 weeks! Very grateful for her expertise- if you have kids and especially kids involved in gymnastics or other sports, I highly recommend Dr Kelsey at ATI Jenkintown!

Kelsey and the other physical therapists have been great. Kelsey recognized my son’s injury as being a meniscus tear after our PCP and an orthopedic doc missed it. She worked in conjunction with the doctors after the X-ray and postoperatively. I am very appreciative!
