135 S 18th St, Philadelphia“The rooms and location are really excellent. I have no complaints there at all. The staff is really friendly, and Wister (at the front desk) went above and beyond in helping out with all our questions, bringing up our food order, looking up nearby spas.
My issue is that, for the price of their two bedroom suites (I can get an all-inclusive stay at a hotel in the Maldives for this price), they don't provide cleaning service on a daily basis. Seems a shame that they can't amend this policy. In addition, their check out time is really early (11am), and they will charge for anything an hour over the check out time.
Again, let me mention that Wister was fantastic, and made this stay a little more pleasant for us.

“The Glen is such a great place to live! Peaceful yet close to everything, with well maintained units that come with parking, laundry, and central air. However, the highlight of the place are the property managers, Kevin and Laura. They take great care of the residents and the property. The on-site maintenance team is also top notch. Very highly recommend!!”
“I've lived at the Dalian for about three months now. I can honestly say that every aspect of the leasing process and tenancy has been wonderful. When I came for a tour with my sister in tow we were greeted by Kathryn Riter. She is the most honest and authentic sales representative I've ever met! Maintenance services are provided quickly and efficiently - thank Craig and Howard. And Barbars Hayes runs a tight ship when it comes to concierge services. You'll feel like you live in a luxury hotel here!”

“Wonderful place to live! We rented here a 3bd for a year and were very happy. The building is close to the train station, 3 supermarkets in walking distance, Wynnewood shopping center and Narberth downtown. The staff are amazing! Always nice and helpful, and any issues are fixed very fast. One of the neighbors asked for a bench next to the school bus pick up point, and they set that up within a few days.

205 Race St, Philadelphia“I moved here 3 years ago with my dog from NYC. This building and surrounding area are great. It's like living in a small European city with everything within walking distance.The building itself is a LEED certified sustainable building. In an emergency the generators kick in. Our utilities are super low. The thermostats are centrally regulated with a VRF system . If you like temps below 60 or above 75 you'll hate it here. 10" concrete floors & ceilings mean you never get woken by stomping neighbors. Although I wish the walls were concrete too because I can sometimes hear a neighbor singing.My favorite parts are the gym & the 5th floor roof with grills. The roof has a beautiful sustainable garden. Grills stations have continuous hookups so you can cook forever. They are immaculately cleaned every morning by staff.Warning though - if you want to have more than 4 friends over for a BBQ they will bill you for hosting. You also have to pay to host parties anywhere which is fair. You're also not allowed to have guests in the gym. I love this all this because I don't pay rent for other people to bother me but to each their own.The prior management company, Greystar, did a lot of not great things and weren't responsive. My lease renewal over the holidays was a nightmare and they asked me to sign in person in the year 2022!The new management company, Scully, is super attentive and does their best despite some things out of their control. Things like package handling are now managed well with lockers & emails. They fix minor apartment issues (washer filter, etc) usually in 24 hours.BONUS: The desk staff always have a treat for your furry friends.”
“I am a new resident to the Flats and have been thoroughly enjoying my time here thus far! The office staff are very friendly and handle all of my requests efficiently. Shana is AMAZING! This was by far the best moving experience as she made everything very easy and explained everything very well! The building location is perfect and I love that it has private gated parking. I would definitely recommend renting an apt here!”

“We lived at Willow Pointe for about 15 months and moved out recently due to needing more space. We enjoyed living there so moving out was a little biter sweet. Keely and the office staff were always on their game and very attentive. When i put a maintenance request in , it was handled in a timely manner.Throughout the year the complex had various group get togethers which were always fun. it was great to have a gym on site so I could work out at any time.If we didn't need a bigger place, we would still be living here.I highly recommend Willow Pointe”
“We moved here and moved from Miami and we’re happy with the building’s location and the value compared to other apartments we toured. Hands down the best pricing for size and amenities for the area. I was a bit off put when we applied as they required a significant upfront cost since my credit needs improvement but we rented a expensive luxury apartment with min money down and never missed a payment but their requirements are displayed with the quality of residents in the building.
Maintenance has been great, a new maintenance team lead by John started right after we moved in and they’ve been great along with the front desk people the experience has been surprisingly good. The building has a decent gym and basketball court, I haven’t checked out the roof yet. Overall, in our first few months here it’s been great. Maintenance has handled our issues and it’s easy to make requests and payments.
The only complaint is the noise, walls/floors are thin and our unit is facing a Main Street and the windows do not keep the noise out, there’s a barking police dog that barks during working hours and I work from home but I’ve beginning to tune the noise out. It would be great if there were package lockers for residents to get packages. without bothering the front desk. And there always seems to be dead or dying roaches in the stairwell, Gym and Basketball court.
But again overall, a great building and our experience here has been great so far.”

“We have lived here since June 2023 and I'd hate to jinx it but we've had an amazing time living here. There are so many positives. The only real concern was with an employee who has now left, so if anything, it has gotten better. Just some of the great things we have to say:- Attentive, efficient maintenance team.- Quiet, respectful and clean environment.- Great amenities, especially the gym and pool.- Safe and secure handling of packages.- Many similar-minded neighbors (young professionals).- An amazing Deli restaurant (though 3rd party operated).- Location, location, location!And probably the best feature was when choosing to move here, we had a selection of apartments including ones that weren't open for up to 6 months (not just immediate openings). That allowed us to choose our dream apartment 4 months in advance! Never have I seen that anywhere before. This made the whole moving process easy to manage.Totally recommend!”
