Haven’t been yet, but have an appointment coming up that I may need to change. Says they close at 9pm, I think the hours are wrong because I called and it says closed

The most horrific woman answered the phone. Rude, condescending, argumentative and disrespectful. After 9 minutes i knew I couldn’t deal with her anytime I needed to make an appointment. She should be fired.
