Enrolled my father in 2016, and cannot say enough about this wonderful business.Professional and personable. Responsive and addressed all our questions. The option for my father to perform tests…and to hear a real person in response was so reassuring. On the occasions when he used the alert, emergency services was summoned and I was notified. Equipment was reliable, and easy to operate. In these days of customer service becoming a lost art…A Vital Link continues to do it right. Thank you for being a part of keeping my Dad at home for as long as possible.

Vital-Link took care of my Aunt Rosalie by providing her a medical alert button she could press if she ever needed help. Thankfully, she only needed to use her button one time in the 4 years she had her Vital-link. The only reason she needed to stop using the service was due to her moving in to a nursing home. The Vital-Link kept her in her own home ... longer and safer ... than might otherwise would have been possible. And, it gave her whole family the peace of mind knowing that, if something happened, she could get help without having to get to a phone.

My Uncle Abe, in Boca, has been using Vital-Link for the past several years. Uncle Abe was diagnosed with Parkinson's quite a few years ago. As his disease worsens, his walking and balance have been affected. He can go for weeks without falling and then he will have a day where he falls three times. Vital-Link has always been there for him. When Vital-Link calls us they have always been courteous and professional. Vital-Link gives peace of mind not just to Uncle Abe ... but to the rest of his family as well
