If I could give zero stars I would I made an order on the samsclub app on Sept 5th I recieved texts from this company last week Wednesday sept 11th they scheduled delivery for Saturday the 14th between 3-7 pm I stayed home all day waiting for them, never received a call or text that day I called the 800 number provided service was horrible the people barely spoke English and were of no help!! I never canceled delivery, I'm assuming the driver chose not to deliver on Saturday on their tracking provider it states "rescheduled by cosignee" whatever that means I never spoke with anyone to cancel. I did not even get a courtesy text to let me know what was going on!! I wouldn't recommend this for delivery services horrible customer service/support they will push back your delivery multiple times and you won't receive your order till over 3 wks later horrible experience thus far good luck trying to contact anyone for assistance

These guys were awesome, my order came on time exacly as they had scheduled. The guys were very professional, knowledgeable, very courteous throughout the whole process. They took care of the appliances as if t was their own. I am Very pleased and will most definitely use them and recommend them in the future.

Unable to reach local delivery hub no email back from local delivery hub no call back from local delivery hub unable to reach a supervisor. At this point, I’m canceling my order with LG because I don’t ever want to have to use my phone to call this company again!
Update, after placing this review swift action was taken. The onshore service is much better. The delivery folks are top notch and did an excellent job. I I’ll only leave 4 stars because calling the 1800# is a complete nightmare and should be avoided at all costs.

The two guys that delivered my refrigerator were great! very polite and removed my old one and put it in my garage. The communication was stellar from the beginning from accommodating my schedule changes and keeping me in the loop up to the actual delivery.

They kept me informed of the delivery date, called me ahead time to tell me they were 30 minutes out. They brought the item into the house and put it where I wanted it. They waited while I opened it, there was no damage. They then took the box and all wrappings with them. They went above and beyond.

If zero stars were an option I would choose that instead of 1 star. Tracking showed an attempted delivery yesterday and no one home. That was false. No delivery was ever attempted. Then I received 3 back-to-back automated calls from RXO to confirm the delivery date. I entered "1" as instructed to indicate that was okay. The system responded with "Great", it was accepted, and then responded right after with an error message. I went to the web site and rescheduled to an earlier date than originally selected for delivery since the original date kept giving me the error message. The new date was acknowledged as accepted by the RXO system. I received a confirmation email at 2:30 PM stating the delivery is scheduled for the next day. At 8:30 PM I receive a call stating the delivery needs to be rescheduled. The next date available was a week and a half out. I said that was unacceptable as I cleared all my appointments in order to be available for the confirmed delivery on the next day. I also said the original date would still work for me. I was told that was no longer an option. The representative would not work with me to resolve this. They just kept repeating the script on their screen. I asked to speak with a supervisor and got the same response from them. In the end they said they would have my local facility call me first thing in the morning. They have not contacted me. I have no idea if my item will be delivered today as their site indicates today is the scheduled delivery date. However, it has not updated the status to "out for delivery". The automated system then called as I write this review with a message to confirm delivery 6 days out. Again I got the error statement when entering the confirmation as prompted. I was transferred to the RXO customer service representative who stated they received my shipment at their warehouse yesterday. That is not consistent with the progress their tracking system displays. It shows they have had it for 3 days now, attempted a delivery yesterday and did not drop off because nobody was home, and is scheduled for delivery today. She ended up transferring me to Amazon, whom I ordered this item from, who ended up getting me a scheduled delivery date next week.
If you have the option to select a carrier I would recommend you not use RXO. It appears they have a faulty tracking system and schedule more dates than they have capacity to deliver. Their customer care specialists can only recite the script on their screens and not actually assist you. I have no confidence that my shipment will be delivered when scheduled. I can only clear my obligations for the next "scheduled" delivery date and hope it actually arrives.
Update: I followed up with an email yesterday that included all the information as requested in their response. It has been over 24 hours and crickets...no contact...
6 Days later...received an automated phone call 3 days ago confirming date and delivery time between 2-5 PM. I received an automated email at 6:56 AM this morning saying my item is out for delivery today between 2-5 PM. It is now past 5 PM. They never responded to my email from last week and apparently are not keeping the delivery appointment they made. Nobody answers their office phone because it is after business hours. The disappointment is real. I am at a loss as to what to do next...
...The automated system again keeps calling, asking for verification for another appointment, it errors when the affirmation digit is pressed, transfers you customer service (who is very adept at reading their script and not deviating from it), and afterwards the cycle of automated calls resumes. I never did get a response to my email I sent last week. Another 2 days have past and I have another delivery appointment. Today it finally arrived, undamaged, and complete. I can't imagine why it was so difficult when their warehouse is only 16 miles away. I still do not recommend RXO for your goods if you have a ch

Mattress delivery guys were efficient and polite and also made sure to pop off their shoes in the house. I am very satisfied with RXO.
