Precision Body and Service provided quick and efficient towing service on the weekend. They stored the car for us at their shop until they could get it to our dealership for service. Joe, the owner, gave us peace of mind that he would take good care of our car, get it to the dealership, and he followed through. Precision Body and Service were great to work with when we had a company vehicle needing repaired. The communication from Ben & his team was very professional. I was out of town on an extended vacation when my truck was smashed by a family member. I was lucky to have Precision recommended to me by a friend. They got me in in an instant (when others said it could be 2 weeks for an estimate); communicated every step of the process (thanks for the international phone tag, Mike!); handled things with my insurance company seamlessly; and gave me some comfort with truly personal service (thanks for saving her eyelashes!). The whole process took about half the time I thought it would, and I am so happy with how the truck looks now. I'll certainly be returning for any body or mechanical needs I have, as it's not easy to find places that cater to large trucks AND have great service. Thanks guys!

Delt with Ken, I had some driver side rear damage and you can't even tell. Paint matched perfect and best of all they cleaned the inside of my car and washed, almost a full detail. Definitely will be going back not hopefully soon

I had some minor autobody work that needed done and they were able to squeeze me in very quickly on short notice. Everyone there was very friendly and the work they did was outstanding. Would definitely use them again for any vehicle service I need.

Not a good body shop… terrible rude workers and will try to make you overpay for mediocre body work.. Do NOT recommend. Go to MK’s or any other body shop!Service: Body & Trim

I was in a pinch on the very cold morning of 1/25 when my car wouldn’t start. I called my roadside assistance and they told me it would be 4 hours till a flat bed was able to come tow my vehicle. I called around to a couple places. Precision was the only shop able to get me a flat bed tow in 1 hour. Top notch service! Will recommend to all.Service: Special vehicle towing

I went with a friend of mine to pick up his car here after it was impounded here, we went to go pick up his car, and upon arriving their and seeing the car it was ABSOLUTELY TOTALED AND DESTEOYED. Not only was it destroyed, but they stole all of his speakers, belongings out of the vehicle. When the car was impounded initially and when we last saw it was In great rcondition, it wasn’t anywhere near That messed up….And when He tried talking to the owner he initially told him he would pay him for all of the the damages they caused, and all of the stuff they stole out of it, but now he said he isn’t gonna pay him ANYTHING until he pays for car to be towed off of the lot!HE SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY THEM TO TAKE a CAR OFF THEIR LOT THAT THIS COMPANY DAMAGED AND LOOTED OUT OF, THE CAR ISNT WORTH TOWING OFF THE LOTNOW!! He had a great looking, running vehicle before this place got a hold of it. Our lawyers WILL be getting ahold of this place… There should be 0 stars option they don’t even deserve 1. The owners family has felony motor vehicle theft charges….I guess I shouldn’t say that we are surprised that something happened to the vehicle it’s still absolutely disgusting how they treated the car either way….Service: Car towing

Joe at this establishment, saved my day after being jacked around for weeks by R&R Rust Repair. I explained I was in the middle of a complex medical workup and needed my car ASAP and couldn't afford to keep renting a vehicle. R&R Rust Repair could care less. Joe finished the work in less than 2 days!!! Passed inspection without problem and my mechanic said the work looked great! A little humanity goes a long ways and Precision Body and Service demonstrated humanity, skilled auto repair and service! Give them your business!!
