My nephew negotiated a deal on the phone for a trailer. He called the dealer while he was driving from Harrisburg to pick up the trailer. When he arrived the dealer stated the trailer was sold. DON'T trust this dealer! To make matters worse, I called to question why they would do this to a young kid, and they hung up on me...

Don’t waste your time planing a trip… talked to somebody at the shop. got cash in hand planed a 4 hr trip to come get it and it sold.Not a good business to do business with.Clearly no holds !Very disappointed

The whole process was an absolute success! The trailer is my third and the quality of this one is the Best I ever seen! Don’t make the mistake of not going here to purchase! Ten Stars if I could! No one within 100 miles of me had the trailer I needed, Even after broadening my search, This was clearly the place to buy a trailer from! We were able to put a deposit down on it to hold it, so we didn't have to down to get it! We drove 2.5 hrs, 140 miles to get this trailer, and I don't regret it for a minute! The trailer was a Bargain! The service was Great! He was able to meet with us on a Sunday, whenever we could get there! Thank you

The only reason l'm giving a 5 star rating is because there aren't any more stars to hit but really I give Payless Auto City a 10 star rating. I am more than please with the kind professional service my son and I received. We road 4 hours to purchase our trailer and the manager/owner, Gasper made it worth the ride. He gave us important information that we needed to get our business started and took the time to attach the trailer to our truck and assisted us with pulling out his lot. To top it off, we got our trailer for a great price and we just Love Love Love it. ❤️ The entire staff was helpfu and wonderful. Check Payless Auto City out. You will be So Glad you did.
