Terrible and smug service. Lone teller was 10-15 minutes (or longer) with each person in line. If a transaction is that involved take them to a cubicle or have more than 1 teller. I finally left.
And forget about the drive through as cars were parked in the lanes!
Every other Huntington branch I’ve been in has been great, except this one. Not sure why this location is so bad. Go to another branch (there is one right up the road).

Monday January 8th at 9:00 the manager on the floor made fun of an elderly man that smelled of urine. I asked him why he was laughing at my situation and he said he wasn't you,and said can you smell that old man?I immediately dressed him down and ask if you're the manager. He said yes. I was Shocked!The elderly man was at one of the private desk and heard the whole conversation. I did my best stick up for the old man yelling at the "Manager" saying, how pathetic this "Manager" is for humiliating in elderly man that clearly didn't choose to smell like that. I've closed my account with this bank. I don't want people like that holding my money.

Service is horrible. Waited over 10 minutes at the window. Then gentleman took my information and said you'll have to wait your turn as we're waiting on other people inside the bank. Do you only have one teller working

I was racially profiled and treated terribly by the Manager (guy with a curly mullet) and the teller … Thomas sniegocki… he told me “ get out !! We don’t need your type here” so I filed a formal complaint with corporate and my attorneys are filing motions tomorrow … this place needs shut down !! Read the reviews!!! The manager literally sat there and did absolutely nothing!!

We all realize there are issues with the covid pandemic but you would think the bank would open more than one drive through window when they are busy and the lobby is closed. But I guess they don't much care about customer service or their customers time

Just opened a business, went to open an account.. but couldn't, I need the manager to do that. Went to 3 different Huntington banks, no managers at any bank, Guess they dont need my money... I'll give my bussiness to PNC
