You guys at corporate who read these reviews I hope you know how much care and effort goes into this store. I can tell this company treats their people right. I'm a mom. It's crazy taking out my little mini toddler...not only were the employees sweet patient and kind...they treat us like family. You leave feeling good. I wish more places were like this. “Love coming here to peruse the shelves and get new things to try! I’m a creature of habit so being able to go and taste helps me try new things and they are always super helpful. They have a wide selection, I’m always pleased to see they have single cans just in case you don’t want to commit to a six or twelve pack of something you may not like. Also the staff is just super nice, good people, and always pleasant to talk to while you browse. This is a must visit place for non-alcoholic beverages if you’re in Pittsburgh, visitor or resident.”
“Great huge hoagie made fresh for about 10 bucks or so just how you want them and everything fresh including veggies. I took 5 minutes to go in n out and got a hoagie made to order and everything needed to make fresh wedding soup and didn't break a 50 for everything in bulk and fresh even mini meatballs spinach carrots celery brothers ect. Employees are always kind fast and helpful”
“I was having my car towed to a shop to have it repaired and the AAA driver who was Towing my car spoke about this store I don't want to pronounce the name because I don't want to mess it up but this Market was everything that the driver said it was and what the driver said was that they had the best sandwiches well I was hungry one day and as I passed the store I decided to make a short left turn park my car and then throw off into that facility oh boy am I glad I did I got an Italian sub sandwich and I have to tell you this homemade sandwich that they put together was just awesome it was so delicious and to add a topping to that they had homemade pastries and I purchase chocolate chip cookies and their peanut butter cookies were to die for why do I say that because I'm a peanut butter cookie crazy woman I love peanut butter cookies so if you're ever in the area stop off at the family store it's a modest Market and they have beautiful fruit also it is well worth the efforts and the husband and wife couple that runs it they are so friendly so kind and attentive they definitely will see me again and probably again and again thank you”

“This was an interesting shopping experience. Many items are more intended for restaurant or food service than home use. For example -- I bought 3lbs of broccoli cheese soup. I was expecting it to be in three quart-sized containers. Instead, it was all in one large bag! I had to pour it into separate containers (froze one). The soup was very good, though.”
“Was looking for beef brisket (whole). Associate that helped me was very helpful and friendly. Was able to get two briskets I needed. Priced at 4.49 lb. Which is awesome.”

“Great prices and good quality food as well. The checkout process is convoluted and annoying though. They throw all the items in a cart. Even glass items and stuff like bread so they can either break or get smooshed. Also make sure to bring your own bags if you can. If not you can buy some there. Also bring a quarter for the cart.”

“Well-stocked store with an excellent selection of European foods. Great selection of canned fish and other canned goods. Prices are lower than similar stores in the region and the goods are of a higher quality. I will be back for sure.”

“I have always loved shopping at any Aldi's. Unfortunately, I became disabled & and can not shop here anymore. You do have a manuel wheelchair but what if people have bad knees & shoulders? It would be nice if you have motorized carts for people who can't walk or stand for long periods of time. The manuel wheelchair is too much with needing someone to push me & a regular cart. Other than that, when I did shop here, & I loved it.”

Lots to see and do in the area. It's the Waterfront, after all.”

“Friday I went in to this Giant Eagle, the store was clean and stocked. The manager on duty was Tom and he was busy stocking. Went and got the worker for the deli who didn’t take long at all.
Name was Sam. He kindly told me he was busy doing things in the back needed to wash his hands and he be right with me.
He came back, apologized if I was standing there long, said no.
He kindly asked if I wanted chipped or slice. Each thing I ordered he asked if this slice or whatever was okay etc. The customer service went unmatched. I give him a 10. Outstanding customer service.
Even noticed the double bagged lunch meat on two because the first one didn’t zip.
I appreciate that more than you know.
Thank you for the great customer service at the check out line too. The young lady with the pretty red braids.
