I just had my hair cut and colored on Saturday. I was given a gift card for this salon, and had high hopes. The cut came out okay - but the color is literally not anything at all what I had asked for. I previously had some blonde-ish highlights in my hair and had discussed being done with blonde all together. I showed a photo of a dark ombre going subtly to a lighter brunette. No blonde.
