We used D C Notary Service to transfer the title of a vehicle I had for sale. Diane was nothing short of AWSOME! I needed services for my elderly mom who lives in an Assisted Living facility 5 minutes from her office. She said she couldn't come to her, because she wasn't vaccinated (late June, 2021). She wanted me to bring my 95 yr old mobility impaired mom to her in 90+ degree weather. When I called back and asked her to wear a mask and come to my mom's building, she didn't return call. Very unprofessional and insensitive.

I needed her services for 2 legal documents for my elderly mom, who lives in an Assisted Living Facility 5 minutes from her office. She declined to come to her, saying that she was not vaccinated (this was in late June, 2021). She wanted me to bring my mobility impaired mom by car in 90+ degree heat. When I called back and asked her if she could wear a mask and come to her building, she did not return my call. Very unprofessional.
