“I was in a car accident recently and brought my car to Centerline Collision - Willow to be fixed. A few days later, the shop owner, Joe, personally called me to explain that the car is not going to be able to be fixed and he explained what next steps look like. He offered to be a helpful resource as I work through next steps with insurance, and spent a lot of time answering my questions. A few days later I called back to explain I can't grab my items from my car for a few more days. An employee (I believe Evan was his name) answered and let me know that there isn't a rush for me to come, was extremely kind and understanding, and also provided some guidance on how to proceed with next steps. This shop goes above and beyond for their customers and I couldn't recommend them more!”
“I recently had a very positive experience with Maceil’s Auto Body and am rating them with the highest 5 stars. Keith Maceil and his staff are honest, professional and friendly. My new 2023 van had received parking lot scrapes, abrasions and scratches. Maceil’s provided an estimate including the time and described the process they would use. Their rates are also posted in the office and are very reasonable. They scheduled the service within a short timeframe and at my convenience. The van was returned on schedule and was washed and polished looking brand new again! I would highly recommend Maceil’s.”

“I was told not to share the secret of Brunner's garage by the owner, Mike and his receptionist (grand-daughter), for fear of the garage being over run by customers when I said that this wonderful garage should be advertised on the 'Internet and TV. I stumbled upon this gem through Duke's Tires a couple of blocks away in SouthSide. I was in and out of the garage even though Brunner's was short employees just for the day.
