We stopped by Dormont appliance and met our salesperson Wayne. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. After speaking with him and going over a few things we were told by other stores salesman about some products, it was a clear we found the store where we wanted to spend our money. They had the best overall price for the washer and dryer we bought. Easy no pressure purchase, and easy quick delivery! Definitely top of our list for any future appliance purchases! “If you need to recycle a tv, Best Buy is a great option. They charge $30 but you get a $30 gift card. They were very helpful and had two guys come to my car and take it so I didn’t have to try to get it in the store. The whole process took less than five minutes.”

“I rent, and my landlord purchased the new fridge from them. However, it was me who dealt with them. I initially had problems with the fridge 3, but they sent the gentleman out promptly to find out what the issue was, he found the problem immediately, had to wait for the part to come in, but he had no control over that. Forgive me for not remembering their names, but from the 2 guys that took the old fridge out for FREE and set up the new one, to the 2nd gentlemen that came out to repair, he also was the same gentleman that fixed my stove. They were all courteous and friendly, very knowledgeable about the situation. They didn't leave a mess in my home. Thank You.”

“Ed from Delivery was very helpful. Here is my tale of woe. Our fridge in our garage was on the fritz. I ordered a new one from Lowe's. Apparently I ordered from the Bethel Park store although I swear this was unintentional as I thought I was just ordering from "Lowes" and not a specific store. Ed called me to explain that his store didn't have any stock. He then tried to find another model that would work. Unfortunately, we wanted to stick with the one we had ordered. Ed warned me that it might take a few weeks to get it, but that he would check everyday. A few days later he found there was one in stock for us! He had it delivered the next day.”

“Just had OLED TV installed in a recess above the fireplace. This was a tricky job at best, but Jim and Mike made measurements and double checked everything before installing a singe bolt in the wall. Expert craftsmanship and attention to detail every step of the way. The result was an 83” TV installed EXACTLY where I wanted it to be. I would recommend Voss TV to everyone I know for great sales (Matt and Rick) thru perfect installation. This is a First Class experience from beginning to end !!!”
