“My wife and I lived here for 2 years after relocating from another city, and we had a very positive experience. The apartments themselves are very nice and the area feels safe. The building we lived in is a close knit community and everybody was very friendly and welcoming. Mary, the property manager, is professional, accommodating, and keeps the complex running very smoothly. The groundsman, Smiley, is timely in responding to any issues and was always able to solve any issues with the apartment. I’ve lived in apartments for over a decade, and this was easily the most well-run complex I’ve lived in.”

“The internet speed has become slower after the recent change, specifically when we're trying to work from phone or laptop - though we are expecting to get better speed soon, as assured by the leasing office. The utility bill ($75 internet+ $120 water bill we have to pay with the rent; gas = $120 approx.) is very high. Previously, we used Comcast and paid $51/month for internet, but now we have to pay internet bill of $75/month with rent. Apart from high utility bills, staying in Carson St commons is hassle-free. Leasing office staffs are friendly, responsive. Location of the apt is great.”

“For the most part, im satisfied with Virginia Manor Apts!!! I realize as with many businesses, short staffing can delay maintenance issues but Wayne and Paul are pretty good at following through. Great neighbors, quiet buildings, fun activities planned around holidays for those interested and prompt communication from the office manager when issues arise.”

“Lived here November 2017 till June 2022; very nice experience, friendly neighborhood. I lived in building 1 where we had access to the clubhouse and business center without having to walk outside. Views were splendid! Could see the road, and bbq area, along with a nice green area.Through our stay we had problems with water heater, dish washer, washing machine/dryer. Considering it was an unrenovated apartment for cheaper rent, I didn't mind. Maintenance gave us new appliances to replace our broken ones, no increase in rent too!you have giant eagle, kohls, best buy and other shops within a 5 min walk.In the winter sometimes i have had to call maintenance to fix heater, and it would get fixed by the end of the day which was nice.Sometimes, we got water main break issues in the area as a whole... Maintanance bought water bottles, and got water tanks outside and in garages to make sure everyone had water for the day.If you are looking for an apartment around Pittsburgh, Liberty Pointe is definitely one of the best. If not the best. When we moved out, the management wished us a good luck, and in their check of the house, they were a bit more lenient since they were going to renovate it either way. (Lots of apartments try to rip you off money by saying random things)I will definitely miss my time in Liberty Pointe, and do plan on moving back there in the future.for those wondering why I moved out, It was purely for job opportunities in a different state.”
