An aunt passed while we were 2,000 miles away, so we phoned and asked this florist for guidance on the best arrangement.
We kept raising the amount to spend and actually set no ceiling on the cost.
What was delivered as the funeral arrangement was pretty but really puny and undersized for a large cost. The arrangement looked like we spent 1/3 of what was actually charged.
Our relatives must have thought the same as they personally returned the arrangement to my mother after the funeral.
Disappointed. Disappointed.

I ordered flowers for a church service. They were delivered on time and we’re absolutely beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Being from out of state, my interactions with the shop were over the phone. The staff I talked to were always extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend Zanarini’s.
