The employees at this location are the least friendly people I’ve ever met. The woman that works at the counter talks to you like you’re dumb, barely listens to what you’re saying, and seems absolutely miserable to be there.

This is the worst post office I've ever visited. No friendly service I've had packages dropped on my porch literally dropped right in front of me on the ground I went into complain but no one ever called me back or did anything about it the guy that's working the front desk looks like he has a showered in 5 years and his shirt was so disgusting he had a terrible attitude. I'm going to move out of this town just to get away from this post office !

Always having issues with packages when they come threw usps. Was never delivered never got a note saying it was at post office and now it shows it's being sent back. Great job guys ?

Never picks up the phone and very late I have a mail piece that I receive regularly every two weeks and it’s never consistent times sometimes I get it days later then I’m supposed to get it. On informed
Delivery sometimes it shows the picture sometimes I wonder if I’m actually getting this very important mail piece for work

Only delivery service that leaves boxes by the sidewalk instead of walking up a set of steps to leave on the porch and out of the rain. I can always tell if the package was delivered by USPS if I see a box on the ground instead of the porch.

I wanted to thank Nate for helping me track down a very important work package that got delivered to the wrong address. I was hamstrung and not able to work without this piece to my laptop and the main number was not super helpful. Once Nate called he was on the case and I had my package within an hour! Thanks Nate!!

Recently moved and since moving here have not received bills for almost a year straight, and no one will answer phone. If you try to call the post office all you get is a robot sending you in circles then to a survey. Was supposed to get a certified letter, was home all day and no one knocked on door but received a note that I was unavailable, I don’t see how that works but if they dont want to do their jobs then that’s fine I guess since no one in management cares to correct this lazy work ethic. All of them need fired. :)

Packages have been at the facility since 10:50a. Should have been delivered today. They had plenty of time. Always count on USPS to not care.

This is the 2nd time in a month I was waiting on a package and my mail guy refuses to get out of his truck to walk 10 steps to my garage door and leave the oversized package (fishing rod) at my garage door. I received a notice taped to another box stating my parcel was "full" and I could pick up at the post office. I'm not driving 15 minutes to the post office to pick it up. They can return to sender and I'll order again from another site that doesn't use the USPS for delivery.

We moved (from Jeannette to another residence also in Jeannette) and we updated our address weeks ago. I'm aware that it takes time for the process to go through it's motions, but IT'S BEEN NEARLY 3 WEEKS NOW AND WE'RE NOT GETTING OUR MAIL YET.
So that was our initial problem. And we've tried REPEATEDLY to call their office but they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. NEVER.

I show a package was delivered but never received it. I checked the camera and see the USPS guy delivered a couple houses down from my address. This isn't first time. Wonder if this is intentional and stealing mail or identity.

925 Gaskill Avenue Jeannette. The idiots keep walking through our yard!!!!! When the agreement with this post office to relocate our mailbox to the sidewalk. Due to the fact that the mailmen in the pass has destroyed the yard creating a mud path. Stop!!!!
