My family has been stricken by the flu. We had our 9 month old at the ER last night and they prescribed a compounded solution. My wife, who is also very sick, stopped and they were out of what we needed, but whomever she spoke to, assured he that he'd help us out. He called a competing pharmacy to locate the product and faxed over the script so they could begin preparation so it would be ready when she arrived.This made our Christmas. Thank you so very much to the kind gentleman that helped my wife and boy when they needed it. We won't forget the kindness. Merry Christmas.

Worst place ever.. they are rude and arrogant.. I would suggest finding a different place for a script to get filled.. if you have to drive an extra few mins do it..

I highly suggest not working or getting your medicine from this place. It’s very dirty inside. Fran the owner is very ignorant. He only cares about himself and nobody else.

My Dr prescribed a medication that was only available at a compounding pharmacy. This was a first for me! I told him to send the script to Ranier’s knowing it was a compounding pharmacy from being in the medical field. When Ranier’s received it they called me and said they had it and that they would deliver it. I said I live a good ways away are you sure? She said yes. It was delivered to my home within a few hours that day. I was very surprised and extremely appreciative that they offer this service. Thank you Ranier’s for this awesome service you offer especially these days and for your kindness and quick service!

The delivery drivers have a bit of a nasty attitude. But the pharmacy itself is okay and its great to have a local compounding facility.My one order was a bit of a mess and the original package was lost. I am very thankful that they were willing to re-deliver the item.

I went to the Pharmacy for a job interview that was scheduled about a week in advance. When I got there, I was instructed to ring the doorbell, but nobody answered. I decided to call them and they finally came to the door. Before I even stepped into the building an employee asked if I was 23 years of age and I said no, I stated in the resume I am 18. The employee then said "nope" and further explained I have to be 23 years of age. The employee then said they should've put the age requirement in the ad. Not organized at all, poor communication, and would not recommend someone make the same mistake I did applying here.

My sister is on hospice and reiners is always on top of all her prescriptions they deliver quickly and I can’t say enough about them they are just on top of everything and fast about doing so they are all good people and very friendly staff so thank you for all you do

Growing up, my parents used a small family owned pharmacy for our meds so as an adult, I've never liked using big chain pharmacies. We started using Ranier's about 7-8 years ago when I needed to get medication compounded cleanly. I've not been able to drive since my stroke four years ago, so I'm grateful that they offer free delivery. I've never stepped foot into their pharmacy, but everyone I've ever talked to on the phone has been helpful and friendly. I've talked to Jodi so much that I recognize her voice. There's a compounding pharmacy just three blocks from my apartment, but I still will only use Ranier's for the majority of our meds.

Simply the best Hospice option!! While we can't use Ranier's exclusively due to company alignment with Enclara, we do use Ranier's for all of our emergencies and when Enclara is off line. Fran and his crew are friendly, dependable and highly competent.
