The absolute worst car service I have ever gotten! We took our car in for overheating, we got over charged for labor, and the car is still broken after it left the shop. I called back to ask why my engine light was still on and they didnt even check why it was on in the first place?! Why am I paying you nearly $700 if my car is still broken? The owner also treats women completely different than he treats men. He was nice to my boyfriend but the moment be had to talk to me, he treated me like I was stupid. I will never take my car here ever again and I suggest that if you actually want EVERYTHING on your car fixed, you dont take yours there either! Id give zero stars if google would let me because thats truly how bad my experience here was.
Upon receiving our bank statement we noticed they charged our card an extra $25. We called the garage and they hung up and then didnt not answer the three times we called back. We went up to ask why the card was charged an extra $25 and the lady ignorantly points to a small mason jar that has a hand-written paper taped to it that says something about an extra charge for using card. Jeannette police will be called and our lawyers will be getting involved. The man who took my card never pointed or told me about an extra charge and it is illegal not to disclose surcharges in the U.S.

Avoid at all costs. If you know little to nothing about vehicles like me and hope to find people out there who are kind and willing to do honest work then do not waste your time here. I’ve had great experiences with other shops locally in Jeannette but this place was not like the rest in a bad way. Car was overheated. They fixed the radiator, upper and lower hoses along with 3 clamps, worst part is car left the shop still throwing codes!!! Total being 687.15. told that was the exact total on the phone no other fees NOTHING(even though there is a card fee which SHOULD BE DISCLOSED TO PATRONS) . Yet my bank statement shows 712.92. Waited about 5 days as they were closed, called and politely asked to speak to whoever manages billing. Put me on hold, then hung up. I called back three times to no answer and the final call they answered just to hang up. Meanwhile they just answered me prior and told me to be put on hold so how did the call ring a full 3 times. Finally I went to the garage and asked in person what exactly the charge was. The secretary then points to a jar with a paper taped to it and says there is a 3.75 percent fee on all cards… would that not be something that should be disclosed over the phone or on the bill anywhere(there is absolutely nothing about a fee for cards on the bill!!!!!) Almost every single business has to disclose surcharges either over the phone or in person when you come to pay. Absolutely horrible service. Again if you’re someone looking for an honest garage who doesn’t make you feel stupid, avoid this place. Last time I’d ever take anything there wouldn’t even take my lawnmower there.
