You absolutely need to figure out how to get help at this branch. It is the most unprofessional environment as well. Do what you need to do but I won’t be back and plan to withdraw all my money so I don’t have to resort to going there again.

Always willing to help with whatever issue you may have. Never a long wait if you need to go in and their ATM is a quick moving process as well. Customer service is very friendly on site and if you call the 1800 number for support. They make sure to do their absolute best to resolve what your question or problem may be.

This Branch is the best branch and the tellers are very helpful and attentive. the Manager is a bit rude and uniformed but that can be overlooked. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR BUSINESS BANKING. they are inept at best, they will place holds on Certified Checks, on Government checks and will tell you that its their policy. they will also give you 3 different answers to the same question. Would not recommend to anyone.
