Black girl working the counter is clueless. Obviously she can’t read. Asked how much I had on the pump she told me that she couldn’t tell me and thrust a receipt into my faceand said here the receipt will tell you. Lines 10 people long, giving people the wrong cigarettes. I really hope that it’s her first day on the job because man is she bad. Unprofessional, overwhelmed and dumb.

I stop at this gas station ALOT in my travels. Last week a younger melanated woman started training there, and today she was all by herself up front with a huge line. When I got to the counter, my items came to $35 and change.. the girl didn’t have any dollar bills or small change in her drawer and had to call for her manager.
I told her I’d run out to my car and get her the correct change and include as many 1’s and 5’s as I had, and when I came back in, her stout older blonde lady manager had a whole attitude about having to come up and help her. She told her to go to another register and help other people while she dealt with my transaction, and proceeded to be super rude about the new girl. I asked how long she’s been there, and she confirmed she just started. I mentioned it was pretty sad that she was up there thrown to the wolves alone with no money even in her drawer, and the manager proceeded to tell me that I was LUCKY that the gas station was even open and that that’s how things go there.
I don’t even live in this town. I think the manager and the reason no one wants to work there should consider herself the lucky one that she gets paid to act like that.

Not the place to go if you are in a hurry or want convenience. The self-checkout hasn't worked in weeks. Today there was one cashier and over 20 people in line to checkout. None of the employees seem to know what is wrong and keep saying the card reader is broken. I'm skeptical as there was an article in last months BizTimes outlining Giant Eagle's losses with self-checkout and considering removing them. Also even with a cashier I now have to enter a pin with tap. I'm not going back. Sunoco is faster!

Get go is the MOST EXPENSIVE STORE ANYWHERE ! $4.19 for a 2lt of coke ! Even pizza shops charge less , $2.09 for grandmas peanut butter cookies . They are 1.29 -1.49 everyplace else ., the bathrooms are dirty like never get cleaned . How can the charge so much ? Stay away from get go stores

Stopped in early one morning to get a few things which included mozz sticks. Mind you the time was 5:30 AM (I work 3rd shift and I had just gotten off) and so I knew that it may take a few extra minutes to get my fried food because i was sure the fryer needed warm up again after it's long night and lack of consistent use throughout that night, and so I really had no problem waiting.
But the gentleman behind the counter, after only 2 minutes or less of waiting mind you, gave me a large chocolate chip cookie in my baggie for free "for the wait". Just a very nice gesture! Not to mention, the mozz sticks were delicious (as always) and the cashier up front who rang me out was also extremely nice as well.
I could say that I am surprised by how kind and quick the employees are here after that visit, but I'm not. They've always been so nice and quick to every order and customer. Great gas station with a great crew. I'll definitely be back and sooner rather than later. Thank you again guys!

Today is 12/25/2023 an received the worst food service from the 2 employees. I literally threw my food and drink away cause they couldn't make the drink properly or my mushroom burger. Not to mention it is Christmas and the lady says why are all these people ordering. An her on the little boy that is working food counter got other people's orders wrong
