I got a nice deal for the size unit I got and I was able to start loading it the same day, Trina (sorry if I her name wrong) was friendly and helpful answered all my questions even if I thought they were stupid ones, she gave me a tour even made sure to take me to the unit to make sure I knew where it was and that my lock and everything worked very clean spacious well lit facility and I love that my items are stored indoors in climate controlled units and only those with a special code can get in and they have cameras EVERYWHERE so your stuff is sure to be safe I highly recommend checking em out if you’re looking for a good place for storage

The lady that filled out the paperwork was nice and professional. Our unit is clean, well lit and easy to find. You also have a restroom.

This is the most amazing facility. It's like they thought of everything. they thought of so many situations when somebody's moving into a storage area what they would need or what would be best and it's there. My particular facility has an enclosed drive in place so in case it's raining or there's bad weather you're safely inside loading and unloading your stuff. They provided dollies. And the elevator, instead of pushing up ramps is awesome I love how my door swings out instead of rolling up. I'm very glad I chose this place

Just moved to the area from California and this was our first stop to store our stuff as we get our new home ready to move in. We didn’t have to look any further Trina in the office was very helpful and welcoming. If you’re looking to store your stuff this would be the best bet very clean and friendly.

We had the greatest time hanging out with Amanda!!!! She’s so sweet and funny, knows how to be quick and informative, without making lots of information confusing. We even like the same kind of music! (Go falling in reverse!!!) :D The rental process was super fast, MAYBE ten minutes??! She definitely did her job the way it should be done. I hope your other employees are as personable :)

I've been using storage facilities for 20+ years, and I've never received the customer care that I received from Trina. I reserved a unit online, and was contacted the following morning to confirm. Later I had concerns about the size of the unit I chose, so she walked me through several different units so that I may see the sizes with my own eyes. Then she helped me find the best unit for what I needed, and could afford. There wasn't a question that Trina couldn't answer, and she made sure I got any information I needed, including the fastest route to my unit. This was an A+++ experience
