Today my husband & I stopped in to have the battery replaced in my son’s car. When the young salesman lifted the hood, he discovered that the engine had overheated & coolant leaked out. His name was Spencer, and he was a Godsend! He was able to prevent us from needing to get the car towed, and we were able to drive home safely. The employees in that store went above & beyond the call of duty! I truly can’t say how very thankful we were for their efforts! They made us AutoZone customers for life. Thanks for excellent customer service!

Received the absolute best service here. My car randomly started rattling, jerking and not accelerating. Spotted the store on the road so I decided to pull in. The guys there calmed me down and went above and beyond to figure out what was wrong with my car and get it fixed. They were absolutely amazing and I’m so glad I went in. They saved the day and my car!!!!!

I got a flat tire trying to put air in my tires and wasn't sure who to call. I have AAA but didn't feel like waiting for hours. AutoZone was right down the road from me so I called them. Rob, the store manager, said he would come over and he was there in minutes. He tried to put air in the tire but I had a broken valve stem. He graciously agreed to change my tire which wasn't easy because the lug nuts wouldn't come loose. He kept at it and wouldn't give up! He got the tire changed and then shocked me by saying there was no charge! I couldn't believe it. Rob, thank you so much for helping me on a cold winter night and being so nice. I will always be grateful.

Last week I was on my way to drop my kids off at school, before heading to work. When I got a flat tire, I was struggling to get the tire off and make it to school and work on time. When one of your employees from the Jeanette store (Keith Lumley) stopped to assist me.He got my tire changed in no time flat and had me on the road again. When I tried to give him some money for helping me he refused and instead told me to stop into the store if I need anything in the future.Because of his selfless action you have earned a customer for life and I will recommend your store to anyone in need of automotive help.Thanks again.

it's really sad when 5 people at a garage can't find the other 3 02 sensors but SAM AT AUTOZONE FOUND THE 3 WITHIN 1 MIN CLIMBING UNDER MY DURANGO THEY CALL THEM SELFS A GARAGE ILL BE NICE BUT THATS SAD SAM DOESN'T WORK AT A GARAGE HE FOUND ALL 3 THAT 5 PEOPLE COULDNT FIND
