I drove 2hr to get a propane heater that they said on the website they had 3 of them seasonal or not if it's not in the store then you don't have it and as far as seasonal what the temperature doesn't go down below 70 in March it's still cold but u have heaters for the ducks and chickens you sell but not for people go fugue thank u for wasting my time PLEASE STOP DOING THIS

Truly wish I could give negative stars. Not against this single store but the company. I've been trying to get my online order for almost 3 weeks now. I call and get different stories all the time and there's 0 communication from them.Basically, I put in an order that should've shipped in 2 days. This entire time I've gotten 2 emails from them, one to say my order was placed and one saying it's been delayed. That's it. So I call repeatedly and get no answers. They always promise to follow up with a call back or an email but i get nothing.After a lot of confusion on their part, including them telling me that the item must be unavailable, the vendor isn't responding, etc. I finally get Amy who graciously offers to contact the vendor. The last guy offered too but says they didn't answer, he would follow up, and he never did. The vendor says they never got the order and have 800 in stock. Yeah. Meanwhile I kept being told I had to wait 10 days to cancel.So, Amy says she'll send it to the department that fixes this and will call me back as soon as they send the order thru to the vendor. No call from Amy. I call back and get Zack who says he's fixing the issue and that it was forwarded to the wrong department. He says he sending it to the right one and to wait 48 hrs.So I call back again like Zack told me to. This time they tell me no one has responded from that department. No one has responded from the vendor. I say fine. Cancel it. Reorder it. Maybe I'll get lucky and get this thing by Christmas. I know it's not happening and I'm gonna have to deal with this whole thing over again. But now they can't cancel it. The girl says the order needs to change to shipped but that won't happen until the driver picks it up and the vendor updates it. But the vendor never got the order so how exactly is that supposed to happen?So I can't have the order and I can't cancel the order. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I'll never buy from them again. Ever. You shouldn't either.

Said it had things in the store that it did indeed not have. I went looking for soil and fertilizer and FOUND NOTHING. But there were some epic magazines about guns and beer. Also some plastic tractors which I mean, is awesome that they have that. Imagine if someone went to tractor supply co. looking for a tractor and found NOTHING just like me. If you are a hardcore farmer you will love this place. Unfortunately I am not.P.S. I did find some cool chipmunk catcher cage thing that can…WAIT FOR IT…CATCH 20 CHIPMUNKS AT ONCE.ALVIN WILL ELUDE ME NO MORE.

as far as the retail end goes, absolutely top notch. great selection of products. I usually go out of my way to get what I need from here. When I learned they have a dog wash station, I was absolutely overjoyed.my first red flag was when I was asked if I wanted towels. I don't think they'd have appreciated me turning my wet dog loose to race around the store to spin dry himself.I had to ask if I was supposed to find my own way back to the station (the staff could have simply even just pointed to the appropriate destination, and its not like the store was busy at the time)finally, once I got my pup in the wash tub, I couldn't help but notice the tub was still covered with dog hair from the previous user (wasn't from my dog, this hair was from a long-haired white dog, my dog is a primarily black wire-haired dog)on the plus side, there was a generous selection of shampoos (which weren't watered down like other stores), brushes (albeit dirty), blow dryers (didn't use them)I'll still come back, just not to wash my dog.

Staff were very friendly and personable towards my dog and I (brought her in to work on training). Had a big bag of wild bird food for cheap, my backyard birds will be happy.
