“Today I received an amazing phone call! The associate told me they found my lost keys from 2 months ago. The keys were in the lost and found. I had stopped in a few times and called a few times in hopes of finding my keys but always was told no keys were found. I am so thankful that this woman used my cvs member card to locate my identity and called me to tell me my keys were in located. I am truly grateful for the effort she took to contact me. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!”
