“I took a chance on this mechanic and didn’t really know much about him other than the fact I live close and always saw he was busy. I had two separate issues with my car. He was very honest and went over my options with me. I ended up getting one of the (bigger) issues taken care of right now but will definitely go back for the other. He gave me a quote and stuck to it. I was floored when I picked up my car he actually brought the part out that was bad and showed it to me. Very professional and reasonably priced. I show up and meet with Dan, coolest guy ever, who takes in charge my car and says that he will be done in 25 min. This is a Friday afternoon at 3pm! “Came in for state inspection and oil change. Crew was efficient and clear about everything being done. Bought tires for multiple cars over the past few years from here and staff is always great in walking you through options and finding the best deal. Also got to make use of the tire warranty we had purchased recently with no hassle. Road damage was covered as advertised. Will continue to bring business here.”

“I had a great experience at Sunset Auto for my recent auto inspection. Both the owner and son were professional and conducted the inspection and fixed my car thoroughly. They communicated their findings clearly and provided honest advice without any upselling about an issue I had with the car. I have no doubt they are extremely fair and honest people. “Had to get a new intake manifold on my Gti and they did very high quality work with tons of communication and found sensors that needed replacing. Provided full error code and reasoning for the sensors needing to be replaced. Only downside is the price was definitely a little steep but not unreasonable and then again you get what you pay for and I feel that they did do perfect work.”

“I had a great experience here. Jon Mcgeehan and Jesse Bloomquist were terrific. They explained everything in detail and even came to pick me up at another dealership so I could turn in my lease. Very satisfied with the overall demeanor of the team. Normally at a dealership I have anxiety that I will be hounded by shady sales people and talked into something I'm not comfortable with doing just so they can get a sale. I never once felt like I was being hassled or pressured to do something I didn't want. I would highly recommend this location. SO happy with my purchase ☺️”

“I had a 10AM appointment yesterday to see why one of my tires had a slow leak. By 10:15AM the techs at Mavis had diagnosed the issue and we discussed my options. They were friendly and customer service oriented, which I find to be rare these days. Trevor, the service writer who assisted me, was exceptional and communicated effectively what had occurred and how I could remedy the problem. I will be back for service needs in the future and will recommend this location to my friends and family.”
