I can't recall if I've ever been there in person, but I had an awesomely-wonderful experience with it, all the same --- just now I called their number to ask about several elderly folks whom I'd known in the Jackson area back in the '70's. Russ had passed away, but his son Kevin, who answered the phone, was super-pleasant and patiently-helpful to me, and guided me in successfully finding all of the local-citizen information and Google-Maps locations that I'd been looking for! Kudos to you, Kevin --- you're the greatest!! :D :D :D
