“I really like the quality of their tenderloin and their ground pork -their pork sausage is especially amazing, at least in MY personal opinion. Tastes like I'm eating a savory ground pork chop, which may not be everyone's cup of tea..but I know for myself, I've NEVER experienced such a flavorful sausage before and it was love at first bite. So when my family and I shop for meat, we recommend tenderloin and Pork Sausage from Miner's.IMPORTANT: if there's something in particular you want, they advise that you call in advance first.
