People are nice but the company as a whole is scummy. The bill changes every month this month was 600 when we were told it would be 180 a month. If I could give 0 star review I would . Best part of it all is the company pretty much laughs and say yeah too bad we don't care.

Two relatives on my account visited this location to upgrade their phones and were very clear to the salesperson that they did not want to purchase the monthly Verizon device protection plan. We then look at our account and find that the protection plan was added for both of their lines anyway. I suspect that salespeople receive compensation or have a quota for device protection plan signups, so I am not confident that this was a mistake. Extremely disappointed at the dishonesty shown by employees at this location.

My Samsung phone did an update 2 days ago. My phone has been slow so I went into the store to see if there was something they could do. The salesperson told me to go find myself a technician that there was nothing they could do. Absolutely horrible customer service. Why do they think that that is acceptable?

The guys are really wanted to help me. But the one guy real who was trying to transfer my data told me to leave and come back in twenty minutes and found out that it wasn't even transferring data and had to sit there while another guy did it

Not a good experience. Sales person not aware of how to make a sale. Offered product that they didn't even have in-store then made no effort to do a work around. More concerned with wiping his tablet every few minutes rather than talk to customer. Would not go back to that store.FOLLOW UP: THE Pleasant Hills store was EXCELLENT> Bill and also the store manager and product rep were all excellent. I told Bill what I wanted and just like that....he made it happen. These guys are great! Highly recommend the Pleasant Hills store.

Sold us phone plans knowing where I live and work. I find out after there's no data at my work because Verizon lacks towers. No data halfway home as well. When I bring to their attention the manager says, "right there's no reception there." SO WHY SELL ME A PLAN?!?!I've been jumping through hoops since, no progress getting them to let me go since the refuse to provide me service. They sold me a bathroom with no toilet. A happy meal with no food. "The network is what it is." The manager told me.

It's pretty typical of most Verizon stores to practice shady sales practices, but just be aware when getting a new phone here. The salesperson Jared must have printed out 10 different "quotes" for my wife and I, promising only a 15 dollar increase on the bill. When the bill came, we found an increase in 30 dollars monthly for an extra line that was described simply as "looks like you get an extra line with this", 10 dollar monthly fee for a "free smartwatch" that came with the new phone, and another 5 dollar monthly protection plan that was never mentioned to her.Luckily Verizons customer service is not based on commission, as all of those monthly services that weren't disclosed to us properly were removed immediately. So just be careful and don't let them slip extra fees and services into your plan without your knowledge.

Every time I went to this store, to have an issue fixed, they caused another one. They couldn't fix my last issue, saying "the system must be down, try later". I think that's just a line they give people. I went to the Monroeville store and they fixed my problem.

Don’t recommend this store to anyone. They don’t have any price cards and tell you what phone to get without discussing prices. Customer service there is atrocious, the guy with tattoos and glasses pushed products down and talks over you. Told us we couldn’t use our apple chargers and had to get new ones when in fact that is false and he lied about 5 times. Highly recommend you do what we did and transfer to AT&T. Great customer service with no complaints. If i could leave less than a 1 star review i would.

This would be a big fat ZERO if I could.Friday night I was ready to get a new phone. I had everything backed up, I even bought a new case so that I would be prepared. My friend and I had a 6:00 appointment and I left work in Kittanning a little early to be sure I was on time. When we walked into the store we were greeted and I said that we had an appointment to upgrade our phones. The gentleman at the front said he was going to grab someone to help us.Jared came out and asked us what we were interested in. I told him that we were interested in upgrading to the iPhone 14 max pro and that I had been looking on the website and with my trade in it should be $5.55 a month. He said something about "getting to that number" and went off to do the quote. While he was back there we were looking at the phones on display and when I played around with it, it also quoted me the $5.55 price. The man that greeted us came over to talk about switching our comcast and getting their internet. Then Jared came back out with the quote and proceeded to review it with us. None of his numbers made sense. And when I asked him to explain it to me he couldn't, he just kept throwing numbers at me. Somehow he was adding an extra line to each phone, and he tried to tell me that it was going to save us $10/month overall, but when I reviewed the sheet later it looks like we were going to be charged an extra $35 for each line every month, not to mention activation charges on them as well. When I asked him to explain everything to me again he mumbled something about waiving the activation fees and wandered off. The thing is he didn't come back. He was hanging out at the front of the store. We talked about it and decided to just wait and maybe try Best Buy or the Greensburg Verizon store next weekend. We told him we decided to wait and left. And he couldn't have cared less. I'm sorry, but wouldn't that have been a pretty decent sale that close to closing? He either didn't understand what he was trying to sell us, or he was mad that we were asking questions.Either way I feel like we dodged a bullet for sure. I won't be back.

I'd give a zero if I could. Cannot reach the store the number goes to customer service. They cannot ship an item to the store and add the payment to your bill. Customer service is clueless.

I understand that the majority of reviews are entered because of a negative experience and many do not add one because everything went as expected. So, I take that into account when I see a 3.5-star Google rating. But 1 is all I can offer because 0 is not an option. I was lied to. I asked a simple question; She, (my girl), needs a new phone and I want to add this number to my plan? I was told, $10.00 more. I said make it happen. They asked if I wanted the protection plan because I have it on my phone. I said yes without asking how much it was. It was $17.00. I’m fine with that. Here’s the breakdown of my new charges. The new number, I guess plus a new plan, although I never mentioned or was asked about a plan is $80.00 a month. Add the $17.00 protection, plus surcharges and taxes which come out to about a total of $116.00 a month. Don’t trust these people. Ask questions about the original cost statement they made during the process of providing your new services or product. These people never made anything clear to me about my protection cost price, the additional costs surcharges, and taxes. I understand those charges and would be okay with that if it was mentioned. It never was. I have no idea where the $80.00 plan came from. Ouch! There’s no way out now. The people at the Verizon billing help number can say I’m sorry you misperceived what you were told. I didn’t misperceive anything. If I heard this is my expected new monthly balance, once again I’d be fine with it, but they never said anything about it. I can go on and on, but I know what I was told, $10.00 more.Oct. 27, 2022: I would love to try and resolve this. I entered this link into a Google search it says “the form was not found-it may have been deleted by another user”. I’m in Irwin all the time if you want to discuss the issue further.Nov. 12, 2022: In late October I received a response from the dispute team after taking the route the owner of the Verizon, Irwin store suggested. Simply put, it’s a method to avoid further engagement. Although taking that route might help ease the pain Verizon clients have, or is that Verizon subjects, I wouldn’t bother. But give it a try anyway, maybe you’ll luck out. Bottom line, yup they lied to me and that would never be admitted. Maybe a better way to describe it is they purposely misled me. Or as they described it, I somehow misinterpreted what they meant. Like I said in my initial review, ASK QUESTIONS, again and again. So to my recollection, the $10.00 more a month was $10.00 more than my $70.00 plan, or, $80.00. Plus the $17.00 for the protection (which I accepted) is $97.00. Add on the surcharges and taxes, $10.00 more a month is in reality $104.00 a month. I do not have a problem with that, it is the principle of their process to deceive. My guess is it's part of the Verizon training. Good luck people.
