Great selection and very helpful ladies working there. I've spent thousands there on gold and silver bullion. However after my last interaction over the phone with some gentleman, I will not be spending my money there anymore. Called about some gold grams and was going to buy all the had. Asked him when I come in to buy if he could test a gold piece I had bought previously from somewhere else. He got a very bad attitude with me and was very rude. Even offered to pay for the testing. The nice women working there never had an issue doing this for me beforehand. Seems like a terrible way to treat a frequent paying customer. Plenty of other shops I've been to that are glad to test pieces for me and have cheaper premiums. That man should stay home and let the ladies handle customers.

they will absolutely low ball you on anything you're trying to sell, thier spot price is the highest in town and they will report your silver and gold purchases to the government. stay away.

I had a delightful experience at Treasure Hunt Irwin with Melissa and Kelly. I was there about 2 and 1/2 hours going through many containers of various coins from my Dad who recently passed away. Missing my father so much, it could have been a very emotional experience, but they were very sympathetic and comforted me and said how lucky I was to have such a wonderful Dad. Another place in Monroeville had made me feel like I was nuicence with so many old containers of coins and so little knowledge of coin value, but Melissa and Kelly in Irwin were super helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. They never gave me the sense that I was bothering them. They efficiently weighed and processed my coins and we had friendly conversations while they were doing so. Knowing nothing about coins, it's a bit intimidating going into a place for prices but they made me feel as welcome as an old friend. I would highly recommend Treasure Hunt Irwin to anyone looking to price old coins and also their showroom of jewelry was spectacular. I plan to go back to buy jewelry on another day. ? ?

Very nice staff and great to buy from as for selling I would not go here. I tried to sell my diamond earring there and they told me they were real but they were only worth a dollar. I do understand that they are small but extremely doubtful that they are worth a dollar.

My husband purchased a new Engagement and wedding band for our 38th anniversary. We loved working with Susanne. She showed us many options and was very helpful with what diamond band would look the best with the engagement ring. We also purchased a bracelet and ring from the Anna Zuckerman collection. It is such good quality at an affordable price.
