I watched a technician pull my vehicle into the garage and started working approximately 5 minutes later. The waiting area was clean considering the horrific weather outside. Not a single complaint from anyone in the waiting room. If you have ever been to another dealer or shop for service, you know what I'm talking about. Fast and efficient (a little over an hour-hour and a half tops) which saved me labor costs. I would give their team a ten star rating if possible. This was the only Ford dealership within 15 miles that could take me that day. I will drive the 15 miles anytime for that kind of service. Great job!!!”
