I went to Tax Preference for the first time in 2021. They were recommended by my CPA of 20 years who moved to Ohio. I was very satisfied with their work and will return in 2022.

In my humble and experienced opinion, Cindy and her "partner" are 2 of the most unprofessional and ignorant people any self respecting business can do business with. I've never been so disgusted with the handling of paperwork and lack of knowledge from a so-called CPA. I've been in business for many years and dealt with numerous CPAs and tax accountants and she absolutely has no idea what she's doing. If you value your money and sanity, please go elsewhere. Totally despicable.

Very arrogant and unprofessional. They need to pay more attention to preparing taxes and not your personal business.
