Well, I had to change my review and listen why.. .. it was a bad review of a c s member not doing their job, but in this case, the owner stepped in and made it right! That matters a bunch to my family. Thank you very much! I sure hope you find future employees that have just as much integrity as you do!

Was told if I added another line to my account the phone my daughter wanted would be free. I'm in the middle of fighting that with Tmobile themselves because we were lied to. Our phone bill went up $100 a month instead of being free. Seems making sales matters more than being honest with customers. Edit: called the store today 12/3/2023 and was hung up on when we confronted the staff on what took place. Also, noticed I was charged $42 almost $43 in taxes on a $80 bill from this whole ordeal with scam ran place.

Thought this service would be better... cheaper isn't always better. Verizon is still far superior with way less dead zones. Who knew downtown Irwin would be a dead zone for T mobile ?

Amazingly quick to greet me as I arrived. The young man who helped me was quick and efficient. No BS pushy sales or anything, just a nice comfortable interaction. Very refreshing.

When a customer walks in they should be acknowledged. Even if you're with another customer a "I'll be with you shortly" is all that is required. Noon Friday 3/17/23
