I waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and I for sure thought that I was being ignored. Getting out of the parking lot on 30 is horrible. That hydrangea bush out front needs removed immediately due to it being a public safety issue. It blinds the driver from seeing to pull out. I'll be in contact with Penndot over the matter.

The problem with this bank is the problem with ALL banks, they are nothing extra ordinary or truly good for any of us, they care more about their money grubbing and Shylockian ways than they do about the customer, neither this company that I have been with since 2004 nor their Credit Card issuing 800 number affiliates gave a rats hind end that they have TOTALLY screwed over my finances for the month of November and I was promised that I should have nothing to worry about and that the overdraft fee because of the fraudulent charge that they allowed to go through from their 800 number credit card affiliate which put my main account with them in the red and has totally ruined me RIGHT NEAR CHRISTMAS!!! I think these are the biggest scumbags on the face of the earth and Tracy was no help at all and told me that she would take care of the overdraft and the issue with allowing a charge that could not be covered to go through and 7 days later at least NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. Avoid this financial institution at all costs and do not have any dealings with them because you will be better off dealing with Citizens or some other faceless soulless gutless institution rather than dealing with these heartless brainless shysters that care more about your money than they do YOU.

This is one of the bigger banks situated on Route 30 near the Irwin Interchange for the Turnpike. It is a bit of an odd setup. There is a main building that houses the bank itself. Then there is an island that offers drive thru banking. The odd part here is that there is basically a bank on the island as well. Not sure why it is set up this way, but it is. Why wasn't the drive thru banking connected to the building that would eliminate there being two buildings that need to be staffed? These are question I think of during my late night vehicular banking. Not knowing that this is how it was set up made for an interesting visit. I pulled in and tried to figure out where the drive thru was. Especially since the sign boasts they have drive up ATM. I pulled into the lot and proceeded to make my way around the building and had no idea on the setup beforehand. I make my way over to the island and instead of pulling in and doing business, you have to drive around the island. That way you are facing the wrong way if you have intentions of reentering Route 30. It's disorienting, but not a deal breaker. ATM is of the latest technology, touch screen, no envelope needed. Made for a great stop and let's me know that I have a place to stop quickly on my way home to do my banking.

I walked in to cash a 115.00 check about 2 weeks ago. Christine asked for my drivers license and last 4 digits of my social. No problem. Ten minutes later she is still staring at the computer screen. I asked is there a problem she said no I am just looking at all your stuff. Looking at all my stuff? Finally 10 more minutes later my check was cashed. Today I went through the drive thru and Christine waited on me again. She asked for my license and social, no problem 10 minutes went by before she cashed my check. I guess she was looking at all my stuff.. My problem is I have never experienced this with any other teller taking this long to cash a check or looking all my stuff. Beware very nosy and condensending.

The customer service is awful here and Unforgiving. I requested a new account with overdraft protection. I have a home equity loan through them that automatically drafted the payments from my savings. They then told me I made to many monthly withdraws from the savings and closed or prohibiting the loan payment to come out? Then didn’t give me the $100 they offered to open the account because I over-drafted one time which should have came out of my savings which had more than enough funds. But since I’m apparently wrong they did nothing but give me attitude. WORSE BANK EVER. back to PNC
