$180 dollars worth of over draft fees for a charge that I knew was going to hit and i put money in Friday night to stop from happening my account was good Monday then Tuesday the applied several overdraft fees even thou I would had been good if the first one hadn't made it negative $10!!! $180 dollars in over draft fees for going $10 negative that the money was in there the same day but S&T doesn't do the books on Saturday or Sunday so and apparently if its negative Monday the first thing they do is applied over draft fees no matter when it happen or what order!!!! that's criminal and I will be reporting them to the better business bureau!!And to ad insult to injury they said they couldn't refund the fees, when I said fine then ill be closing this account and taking my business to another bank they hung up... I called back latter the same snide manager Kelly i believe said that she would be happy to refund $70 dollars and close my account for me!! worst bank and service ever!! Irwin bank would never treat its customers like that!! stay away from S&T they are the worst

Dani Dolan was our MLO on the recent purchase of our home. She and Jennifer Taylor were great to work with and available to answer our many questions to ensure we had a successful closing, despite the incredibly heavy workload of mortgages at the time of our loan.

I’ve been banking with S&T Bank for twenty years. I recently had an experience with a personal banker at the Main Street Branch that was extremely unprofessional, rude and demeaning. This is clearly no longer a hometown bank that cares about their supporters. Sadly after that many years, I’m in the process of switching over all my deposits to a new bank. I’d strongly advise steering clear of S&T Bank. Especially when there are so many banks that appreciate your business!

I use the local S&T to make deposits because there's no PNC within walking distance of my apartment. I accidentally left my card at their atm this morning and went back a few hours later to ask for it. They refused to give me my card back because of their "company policy." If they had checked the cameras they would have seen it was me, I was even still dressed in the same outfit I had on when I made the deposit. Furthermore I brought my passport which could have also been used to verify my identity and that the card was mine. I could understand refusing to give it back if it had been several days but it was roughly 4 hours before I noticed my card was gone. So I had to stand there, my debit card about 4 feet away from me, and be told I couldn't have my card back. The whole experience was rather degrading and demonstrated the staff's unwillingness to serve their customers with respect and decency. Irwin is a small town with many familiar faces. I'm amazed I was treated like some interloper when all I wanted was to get my debit card back. I'll never use this bank again. Oh, and by the way the manager's hair is awful.

Leaving this bank after 12years, Brandi is a horrible manager and her tellers are even worse! Bank teller told me as long as money shows up in the current then you won't get an overdraft even if your available is overdrafted because the money is technically there, makes sense right? Well when i did that and got an overdraft fee they told me thats not the case and the teller isn't responsible for that?!?! This is just one of many problems that have started occurring over the years since brandi became manager. STAY AWAY!
