Andy is great. Was able to fit me in quickly, and even got the repair done a day sooner than expected. Was upfront about cost estimate and explanation of repairs. Will use again for sure.

came to get my brakes done and didn’t have a ride so i mentioned i would be getting an uber and having someone take me back later. they personally offered to take me home so i wouldn’t have to uber. they then said it shouldn’t take long so i waited and they finished my car within the hour. i was extremely impressed with the kindness of everyone there and their ability to have my car done quickly. couldn’t recommend them more!

Needed a bearing and not only did they have one, couldn't find one at any parts store, but $20 later and $20 labor they installed it properly and was a great source of knowledge. Also helped remove a pump fir free. Would highly recommend to everyone. Great ppl ...

Exceeded my expectations. Was told by Honda dealer that my vehicle had a bad torque converter which they wanted $3200 to replace. The price wasn't reasonable to me so I had the car brought to Precision to have a used transmission installed instead. Before ordering the transmission they spent a fair amount of time evaluating the vehicle and determined the transmission was fine. It was just a bad coil pack which you can imagine was way cheaper. Needless to say I will be going back.
