Pak Mail Pittsburgh Crate & Ship very carefully wrapped my painting in an unbreakable and sturdy box reinforced with padding, and delivered my painting to me in Georgia in a very timely manner. I definitely would use them again.

The quality of the work shows. I had to ship internationally by sea freight. Our shipment contained a variety of household items include some very fragile items. They picked my items up to be palletized and the way they packaged my items was phenomenal. Everything has arrived in one piece and no moisture or contamination made it through the job they did. The quality of packaging they did made it a breeze to unpack everything. I would recommend this company to anyone shopping materials out and needing it done professionally.

I needed a 19th C painting 44" x 36" to go from Sewickley Pa to a museum in Brantford Ont. It's worth just a few thousand, but we were very proud to donate it. At first, we let the museum handle the arrangements. But with the back & forth, back & forth with 3 different parties and these short pickup windows and then the potential border issues...
After a couple of weeks, I said we'd handle the arrangements. I asked the estate appraiser and the auction house who to use. Both said PAK. I got Stacey on the line. She asked questions, answered mine (the border is unpredictable, but we use FedEx so it should be fine). She sent me a quote about half what the original group offered the museum. I chose a pickup day. Everything went smoothly. I didn't get billed until after delivery.

Had a very large, fragile package shipped to my residence, and they did an amazing job with communicating before, during, and after the packaging and shipment process. They went above and beyond with carefully and properly preparing my package-- even the Fedex freight delivery driver was super impressed with the quality of packaging. Excellent service all around, the team at Pak Mail Pittsburgh went above and beyond. We received an initial quote to ship a large collection of books. After the items were packaged and boxed they were determined they were able to pack them more efficiently than they initially thought and passed those savings onto us. I purchased a large votive stand and had it shipped to Florida, and I believe it was the most well-packaged item I’ve ever received. They built a wood crate around it and insulated it with sheets of Styrofoam, then wrapped it all up and strapped it. It was a work of art, and the item was in perfect condition. I highly recommend these people to ship your item.

Reliable and professional! Helped pack a complicated overseas shipment for me and they truly knew what they were doing with everything for air freight. Packing took the most time -- a little longer than anticipated -- but once the delivery got out the door, things went quite well and beat expectations.

Pak Mail was extremely helpful for us. I needed to ship a large painting from Pittsburgh to Seattle, which would have cost $600 at the UPS store, much more from fine art shippers, and was only about $300 at Pak Mail. They shipped it perfectly and I had excellent service.
