Had my car for 3 weeks. Charged me $1700 and didn't even fix the issue. Installed parts I told them not to do then charged me for them. Charged me for multiple hours of testing and labor when I see little purpose in doing some of them. I was on the phone with them nightly for over a week trying to help them diagnose it. They didn't want to throw parts at it but continued to charge more and more for testing that didn't reveal anything. I spent a cumulative two hours road testing it to find that the issues persisted. In addition, lost the cap to my coolant reservoir bottle and left large amounts of debris in my coolant system.

We have only been here 1 time but after our experience,we DEFINITELY are going back. We had been to 2 other places (an individual & a small garage in Herminie) that said they fixed the problem but didn't. Lenhart's has updated technology that let you know when your vehicle is actually going into the garage to begin service. They send you an actual video of your vehicle & the issue that needs corrected. Not only that, there is another short educational video educating you on the part itself (the purpose of the part, it's function etc). We were very impressed by the technology. This technology builds a lot of trust, education to the customer and let's you decide if you actually need that part or not. The gentlemen at the desk were both very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We lived here about 8 years and this was our first time in here I wish we had gone to them years ago !!!

Had an exhaust issue and was able to get a quick diagnosis and a convenient time scheduled for repair. My vehicle was repaired sooner than expected and delivered washed and vacuumed. Plus Jr. and Tom make you feel as they appreciate your business.
Fast forward August 2924, I take our vehicles to Lenharts routinely for tires and service. The reason is “trust”. Keeping cars on the road is one of the most expensive items average guys like me invest in. Today’s cars are not owner maintenance friendly and there are a ton of pretenders out there that will take your cash and don’t care if they see you again. These guys take pride in their work, pride in their results, and pride in the way they treat people. There is a lot to be said for peace of mind.

Great experience from when JR (dedicated customer service) answered the phone to get me scheduled for a last minute inspection appointment, drop off was easy, the work was done when promised with a recap of what we might need done over the course of the year and possibly before next inspection. What really stood out to me was how clean and organized all areas of their operation was. We will be back and have no hesitation to recommend to friends and family. Thanks Nick and team !

After the dealership misdiagnosed a problem with my engine twice the team at Lenhart's was able to properly diagnose and fix the problem at half the cost. Can't thank Nick and the team enough for getting me back on the road.

$140 DOLLARS FOR OIL CHANGE & TIRE ROTATION!!
SHOP SCAM business model they will upsell Anything and Everything telling you how everything on your car needs replaced the only thing they won't tell you is the PRICE. stay away they will charge "shop supplies" charge for an oil change.. it's a single same bolt that goes right back in, I already got charged for oil and filter what supplies did you use? soap and water for your mechanics to rinse there hands while the service advisors steal all your money.. besides the price the customer service was very unprofessional without any true knowledge by (Junior). While his partner next to him was yelling on a personal call at the main service desk about "his mommy and daddy's money" his words not mine.. the first line says it all. Just stay away..

They worked with us to make sure we got the value for our money with the services that our car needed . They have been helping people with their cars since 1930 I believe - they are doing something right! Great shop- great service !

Very personable and friendly staff, accommodating and fast service. Did not try to push me into anything I didnt need. Gave good advice and I cant overstate how friendly the staff was. I have found my new mechanics..
