Fair and honest...spent a little extra time showing me the old tire and explained how it was impacting my fiancé's driving: I try to do the same thing at my work (spend the extra bit of time showing client what's wrong before I fix it...shows you're genuine and builds customer loyalty in my opinion.Will definitely be back when my own car needs something.

My go to mechanic! Very thorough! First mechanic I have been to that doesnt talk down to me in a condescending manner! Quiet the opposite here. Only complaint is wish they had more parking and a better parking lot. Very uneven pavement.
