I was restarting service at my address to cancel my exes service there and switched my T-Mobile phones over to xfinity because of price and service issues with T-Mobile. My daughters phone wasn’t entered right.. service in wrong name..the guy on the phone even ordered something we didn’t need that was pending and couldn’t be overridden which caused one phone to not work. Carter spent almost two hours fixing my daughter’s phone with multiple issues he faced, canceled the old service which was not done as I was told it was over the phone, fixed my old service at my home and told me how to activate the new one. He also fixed my app and log in. If it wasn’t for meeting Carter and his coworker tonight I probably would’ve rage quit xfinity altogether. He fixed an absolute disaster of a mess and was knowledgeable, relatable and kind as was his coworker. (I forgot to ask his name) if you have an issue DONT CALL CS go to this store!”

“TL;DR - If you’re thinking about moving to T-Mobile, consider visiting the T-Mobile store in Irwin, PA. Kaitlin is awesome, as is the whole team there! They will work out the best options they can for you and they will make sure that you walk away with the best deal and truly satisfied with your new T-Mobile service! I can’t recommend them enough!!!Until recently, I had been an AT&T customer for my personal cellular services account since the release of the iPhone 4. Through work this past year, I had the opportunity to test T-Mobile’s service with both Apple and Android-based devices. I found that T-Mobile was regularly outperforming the other services. Seeing this, and armed with a corporate discount, I decided to make the move to T-Mobile.In my family, I have seven smartphones and one smartwatch on my personal cellular plan. I was not necessarily looking forward to the time it would take to work through the process of moving all of those lines, but I had some time off near the end of December and decided to go for it. I had been given a local store contact to work with through our T-Mobile corporate account manager, so I made an appointment with Kaitlin and headed into the T-Mobile store in Irwin, PA.Kaitlin was ready for me when I arrived, although she might not have been quite prepared for the patience she would need to deal with me and my complex port-in needs, haha. Regardless, she was incredible! She spent almost two hours with me, first walking through a variety of options as we searched for the best “bang for my buck” plan, and then kicking off phase 1 of that plan.Kaitlin turned over every rock to get port-in promotions for five of my lines, as well as for my smartwatch, trade-in promotions for two of my lines with full payoff and new devices, and new devices for two of my port-in lines with a significant monthly credit. At the end of the process, I would get 3 months of my bill covered with credits, my highest balance AT&T devices paid off, 4 new phones for about $35/mo total, and a lower bill overall than what I had with AT&T! Kaitlin showed a tremendous commitment to customer satisfaction, even when it involved sometimes-lengthy discussions with the T-Mobile corporate center to complete a transaction.Kaitlin and her team created the new billing account, established temporary lines for all of my port-ins, suspended the lines that couldn’t yet be activated, transferred my main line, began setting up all of the promotions, documented everything for me, and provided me with next steps to continue the transition from AT&T. Because I had multiple lines still with device balances, I had to pay off those balances and complete the unlock requests for those devices. This took a few days, after which I had to leave for business travel, but Kaitlin assured me that she would continue to work with my family members while I was gone.Over the next two weeks, my family made two visits to the T-Mobile store, and Kaitlin’s team worked through all of the other details, ordered, received, and setup the new devices, completed the port-ins, and got everyone up and running on the new service. She even made sure that my son had his device ready before he went back to college after winter break. After that, she continued to follow up to make sure I received all of my promotions.I would not have been able to complete this very successful move to T-Mobile without Kaitlin’s efforts to make it all happen. She truly is excellent at her job and I would recommend her and the Irwin store to anyone who asks! They checked every box on my list of things I wanted to accomplish by moving to T-Mobile. Five out of five!”
