“Very efficient and professional staff. Kudos to Debbi, Siri, and manager Amy. Minor issue was resolved promptly and satisfactorily. Room was very comfortable and clean. Environmental controls easy to use. No carpet in the rooms, though. Breakfast was minimal and typical Hampton fare. Location for Greensburg was excellent. Right off the main highway but on a hill so you don't hear the highway noise and traffic. Ample parking on-site. The property is well maintained. Internet is fast and reliable. Enjoyed my stay. If in the area again, I will definitely stay again. Highly recommended.”

“Don't let the outside facade deter you. The inside was clean, up to date, and the staff was nice and helpful. I stayed in a room with a jacuzzi and loved it. I visit Pittsburgh often and will definitely stay again.
Rooms: Room was large and clean.

“The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and helpful every time I stay (and that is often every 2 to 3 months) and it's right off the expressway. There's lots of nearby food options and stores, and there's a microwave and fridge in every room I've been in. The rooms aren't fancy and not everything in them is new, but for the price and the service you can't beat it!Great place and where I stay every time when I drive through the area.Walkability: There are several stores and restaurants within walking distance”
“We were here for 9 days And I was stuck in the room the whole time. However, it wasn't a bad situation. The room was spotlessly clean. The decor was peaceful and subtle, very nice. For the most part the staff was friendly and helpful.Rooms: Well-appointed and tastefully decorated.”
“I came to this hotel after stopping at a few already and this lady was extremely nice and welcoming. Was short on a little bit of money for the room and she waved the fee. I very much thank her. “I frequently trust Marriott to give me a safe, quiet, comfy experience. My husband and I were traveling across country and needed a place to stay the night of Sept 10, 2023. We don’t know the area. The Marriott app suggested this place. I booked 20 min ahead of time and arrived to a full parking lot. We wondered if we’d get a bad room, but no, it was lovely. Quiet, clean, roomy. I cant comment too much about the surrounding area. We arrived late, nearly 10pm and couldn’t see much in the dark. the only things open were a Dennys and a Wendy’s both within 3 min walking. Dennys was yucky so we switched to Wendy’s. Just FYI. But as for the hotel, very solid. My husband used the gym and said it was great. I regretted I forgot my bathing suit because they had a very nice looking pool too. Morning breakfast was the usual fare but solid. Looked like lots of professionals, especially women, and retired couples were there. Front staff were polite, friendly and efficient. I’d recommend this place. Bon voyage!”

“I am the new maintenance guy that had been employed with Taylor's Motel since March 19, 2024 and I have remodeled all the rooms which now include flat screen wall mounted TV's, microwave's, fridge's, queen size beds, and expedited room service in addition all rooms are very clean and well kept.The owner Mike also took the initiative to evict all drug users, and problematic individuals. The hotel is so much nicer and peaceful and although it has overnight rooms it's well known for it's monthly stays and the neighbors are excellent. I can assure you Taylor's Motel has a zero tolerance for prostitution and /or drugs.
Rooms: Rooms are clean , remodeled, and comes with flat screen TV's wall mounted, fridges, microwave's and great room service
Safety: The hotel is well lit , with police patrol and management that walks the premier every hour
Walkability: Everything you need is in walking distance
Food and drinks: Dairy Queen next door open all year, and gas station across the street, and Dunkin donuts 3 doors up.
Noteworthy details: Great Management.”

“We recently stayed here at Springhill Suites, Monroeville because of my daughter’s wrestling tournament. The hotel was great! The rooms were very clean, spacious, the bathroom was a very decent size. The beds were clean, and comfortable! Our room was bigger than I was expecting! We had a living room area & then an area where our beds were! We had a little mini kitchen ( a kitchen sink, coffee pot, microwave & refrigerator) We weren’t the only wrestling families staying that night & the front desk allowed all the kids to hangout downstairs in the lobby together. Which I thought was very kind, because kids aren’t the quietest lol. There was also breakfast in the morning & the food selection was pretty good too! Overall, if we’re ever back in Monroeville, we will definitely stay here again!”

“Great rooms, convenient to the highway and local shopping, COMFORTABLE beds, and modern amenities.
Staffing is outstanding, each person was personable, friendly, and helpful.
Breakfast was ok, better than most local hotels, with the standard fare. Eggs, meat, potatoes, French toast, cereal, waffles, oatmeal, yogurt, and some fruit.
Their fitness center is very nice, but they NEED a fan in the room to circulate the stagnant chlorine air in the room. Venting the pool area will also help, the pool treatment chemical smell is overwhelming.
There are a few details to be addressed in order to make the Hampton Inn a local five star hotel.
We can say the price is worth the stay, we had to stay one night at another hotel and hands down the HIP/M is far superior, thank you to all for your hospitality.”

“I tried to sleep but kept on waking up to moaning. When I investigated the noise I walked in on a cult meeting. Ended up getting my tendinitis removed, but got hot coco after from them. Would recommend the experience.Safety: They compliment my size”
