I called and asked how much is a man's haircut. After the lady answered, I asked if there were any openings today, where which she gave a good hearty laugh, like "Are you kidding? Who do think we are? Supercuts? Great Clips?" After her laugh, she then said with a very snarky voice, "let me check," and put me on hold, but I felt pretty embarrassed , so I just hung up.

Have been going to this salon for over 10 years. Have always been treated with respect and Jen, my stylist, is very patient and always lets me know if what I want to do with my hair will work with my type of hair. They always try to accommodate my busy schedule. Highly recommend this salon.
